We can’t recommend Trulawn enough.
Our experience with Trulawn from the surveyor Debbie who spent time going through every detail that we needed to know . And Ben and his team that did the ground work and laid the lawn beautifully, again nothing was too much trouble for them and everything was left clean and tidy.
The work was done exactly as quoted and perfectly finished.
We are very pleased with the finished result and so glad that we chose Trulawn to do our garden .
No more bare patches mowing feeding weeding and watering…….perfect !

nothing was too much trouble.

We had our artificial grass installed in January and within 6 weeks we noticed a few spots but one particular bigger spot where it had sunk quite a bit, resulting into it becoming a tripping hazard as the “wholes” below the grass aren’t really visible. We straight away emailed Trulawn and received a reply a couple of days later, saying they would try and get someone to come over to rectify the issues within 3 weeks. I emailed again 2 weeks later to ask if there were any updates yet, and finally a week later got the response saying they’re very busy for a number of weeks and that they would be in touch. Meanwhile one of the dips in the grass was getting bigger and more dangerous (someone twisted their ankle resulting in not being able to now fully enjoy our grass) so we emailed again. This time we got a response back on the same day saying that they would contact us the following week to provide us with a slot to finally get it fixed. Two weeks later and we were still waiting so emailed again but this time we didn’t get a response at all. I’ve just emailed them again today (6th of May) but I’m not very hopeful as this experience has shown that they are very unreliable when it comes to aftercare and once they have your money. It’s been 7 weeks now since I contacted them, appalling customer service and I would not use them again or recommend their services based on our bad experience and lack of communication.

Mark, Conner and David arrived on time, explained what was going to happen and just got on with it. They were polite and friendly and did an excellent job of laying the artificial turf in my back garden. I am so pleased with my new lawn, it has transformed my garden and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trulawn to anyone else.

Would recommend Zia and his team. Zia was very informative, clear and explained what the whole process would be fitting our lawn. Excellent experience with Trulawn from start to finish.

I was very happy dealing with Charles regarding the different options on offer and an excellent price that followed. On the day your guys arrived early and quickly got to work. Well before the skip arrived. They were courteous and diligent about their work. When they had finished they left the garden walkways and parking bays absolutely spotless.
