One packet of my order was substituted…
One packet of my order was substituted as the colour I wanted was 'out of stock'. Why was that not showing on the web site? With a no returns policy on underwear I am not amused. If I wanted the colour sent I would have ordered them in the first place. Money over customer service. Not impressed. Then I receive a reply asking me to return the item using the returns slip enclosed. Err, there wasn't a returns slip enclosed. There is a no returns policy for underwear as previously stated.

We left the note that one product is out of stock, there was a stock discrepancy.
Please use the free tracked return we sent across, and send that one back for a full refund.

Product as described and expected. Very timely delivery. One complaint - branding on outside packaging, and in this instance almost exactly describes the contents So annoying when buying a gift for someone in sane household

Still No Parcel!!!
Ordered on the 31st October.
Still haven’t received my package. Definitely won’t be using this website again.
Will be demanding a refund.
UPDATE - 30th November
It has now been a month since my order and I have still not received anything, despite customer service saying they will send out a replacement. Shocking. AVOID

No Quibble Organisation
I wrongly ordered the in-correct size of Trunk and without any quibble they agreed to exchange for the correct size which they did within hours. It was my mistake and not theirs. Excellent and polite service.
