The quality of these pants was excellent
Very pleased with delivery and actual quality of the school pants was exceptional. It was such a shame they didn't fit on his waist and the larger sizes were all out of stock. The severe difficulty in getting larger sized trousers children who gave additional needs and/ restrictive diets, which cause them not to be the tiny, thin size that every store seems to cater for, is really a problem, and I will certainly keep checking for the large sizes to come back in stock.

Perfect fit
Shirts fitted perfectly. I was worried ordering chest sizes as my daughter no longer fits standard M&S sizes. Shirts look great on! Order was delivered earlier than predicted - would definitely use Trutex again.

Good trousers & good service
Unfortunately the trousers weren't a good fit for my daughter (she does struggle with things being tight on the bum when ok on waist) but they were nice trousers and good for the price, and the returns process was very straightforward.

Quality material.
I bought 2 pairs of the navy shorts, age 4, for my Grandson starting school. Great quality material, look very smart and a perfect fit.
Only downside was I paid for next day delivery. They came the day after they should have arrived.

Low quality overpriced t-shirts and jumpers.
I had to send few reminders for money refund of returned items.
Also, i find these two pack shirts very incovinient. I wanted to order one shirt and they told me it's not possible.

I’ve bought Trutex school shirts for years now. Delivery was quick, as always. The shirts are good quality, and aren’t as see through as other brands. They wash really well and are non iron too.

Not a great experience with returns
Doesn’t give lengths of skirts. I have applied to return an item & was told they would send a returns label via email. Still waiting 3 days later. Closest return shop is 20 miles away

We do include skirt lengths on our product listings; this is detailed on the Size Guide link attached to all products listed per item online.
Regarding your return, we have indeed sent the returns label - please give this a day or so to arrive and in the meantime we will investigate the delay. You can also generate your own returns label at the store without waiting for one in the mail. To request a returns label or QR code to generate a label at a DPD drop off shop, login to https://trutex.gfs-returns.com. You will need your order number (starting 1000...) and postcode. Alternatively you can wait for the returns label to arrive.
We appreciate your comment about the distance to the nearest drop-off point and we are actively working with our partners to improve accessibility for all our customers.
If you would like to contact Customer Services regarding an exchange or refund please email td@trutex.com and we will be happy to help.
If you haven't received the returns label in the next day or so please let us know and we will send a replacement.
