Avoid at all costs!

They have charged an additional payment to my credit card 1 week after the original purchase.

As for the products they’re cheaply made and not worth the money paid. Mine came damaged with the stitching not finished.

Don’t waste your money!

This seems to be a front to get your credit card information.

I was scammed! I bought the stitch plush and they didn't shipped, and then my visa card was empty, someone buying stuff online that I saw in my bank account. Don't buy nothing there!!!!!

I’m still waiting for the product I ordered. I approved a credit card charge of $14 and then they pulled $24 from my account. No one responds to customer service emails, and for the past 4 days they’ve been trying to take $39.99 out of my account. I ended up having to cancel my bank card and get a new one

Saw ads all over Facebook, bought it to have in our foster children room. Never shipped, emailed them took forever to get a response. Asked for a refund they stated all sales are final. Complete fraud of a company.

This company doesn't send the item you order. They literally just charge you for an item, then send you to "their" tracking system, to watch your fake tracking number, run you around. The one that got me, two days flight across the U.S. Really?? Then when you complain, a fake email comes back to you telling you when they are open. It's an e-mail. Used a Virtual Card, so they could only get the original 24.95, but, the 39.99 charge got declined and flag by credit card company as FRAUD!.

It's a 0 star for me been a month and never got my stuff a $9.95 item cost me $30 they have auto robots to repeat thanks for contacting us then I just saw they took $30 from my bank account yesterday kinda messed up and they still ignore me and never got my stuff

I would’ve rated zero stars if it was an option. I ordered from this company got three plushy’s. They were supposed to come to $30 then after I checked out I got a bill that was 45$ for an additional $15 for shipping that wasn’t stated at checkout. I never received the items, and got a fake tracking number. The company never responded to any emails! Then I got an additional charge of $39.99 on top of it that I did not authorize. I Ended up having to report it as fraud. Please be aware do not purchase anything from this company!

Total scam !! I bought a Stitch sleepy buddy. The is as cheap and low quality as you can get… but the worst is not that ! They charge you a “VIP subscription” that I clearly didn’t subscribe to and that’s impossible to cancel. The customer service is useless and you are stuck with an endless and useless subscription. I needed to cancel my card and my bank is filing a case for me. DO NOT BUY!!

I was just about to buy a Sleepy Buddy, the Stitch one, because I found it last week on Facebook just like a lot of other people, their $9.95 too good to be true deal. I checked the reviews on TurstPilot before proceeding with my purchase and was shocked to find so many people with negative experiences, so I went into their checkout page without purchasing anything, and at the Billing section, there’s a Billing Terms section in which you need to check a box, but if you read the terms, it will state that you’re automatically signing up for a 10 day free trial of their “Softr VIP” membership. Here’s part of what it says:

Charges and Automatic Renewals. On the day after your trial ends, your credit card or other payment method on file will be charged the TrySoftr VIP fees of 39 dollars 98 cents USD (exclusive of taxes) without obtaining your further confirmation. Further, your TrySoftr VIP will automatically renew each billing period of 30 days, and you will be charged 39 dollars 98 cents USD (exclusive of taxes) every 30 days, until you cancel.

To “cancel”, you have to email Customer Service at least 3 days in advance before your renewal date, there’s no other way, so I went ahead and emailed them hoping they’d reply and tell me there was no purchase found under my email or something. It’s been a week, and I’ve gotten no response whatsoever, so if you’re going into this website, beware that you’re FORCED to check that box and accept to them charging your card $39.98 every 30 days unless you email “customer service”. If you email them, you won’t get any response at all, you’re pretty much messaging a nonexistent customer support email, so be very aware of all this and stay away from this website at all costs! I was lucky enough to read the reviews first, read their terms and conditions for billing, and email testing them before even placing an order on their phishy website, so if you’re looking for a review that advices you to protect your money and go elsewhere, this is it! Just buy a Stitch off Amazon or another reliable website or marketplace, don’t fall for these scams, at least not for this one!!!

I would rate zero but it’s not an option. I ordered the stitch doll plushy for my granddaughter. Was charged $19.90 and then three days later an additional charge of $39.90 came out of my account which I didn’t catch until later. My order never came. I have attempted several times to send emails with no response so I’ve contacted my bank to see about getting the charges reversed. This is a scam company!!! Do not do business with these people. EVER.!!!! you will get ripped off.

Great customer service. Always read the agreements before you make any purchase. They explain everything before you buy anything.

Haven't received order yet and have had 10 attempts for charges to be made on my card number. Thankfully I was immediately alerted and am only out of the $16.90 purchase price, everything else was flagged as fraud. The charges are being attempted from: salesecure.com $16.90, Flexcharge $39.99, Flxg Girl Boss $39.99, Rush4Plush $16.90 and Authcapture.com $16.90
I am also reporting to BBB as this whole company and any affiliates are a scam and are committing Fraud.

Ordered a soft toy. We got the soft toy. There was supposed to be some unknown free gift but never got that.
Later i notice on my card statement an additional charge for $39.99 USD / $66.77 AUD. I contact Trysoftr and got this response:

A poster on this site has possibly cleared up the extra $39.99 USD / $66.77 AUD as this might be a Subscription i got signed up for without me knowing or authorising.

Avoid this company. Scam? No morals or ethics, definitely.

This company Softr is a fraudulent company trying to get extra money every month, $39.95. It's time to shut them down! They are going under different names and states Plushhaus in Miami Florida, some say Maine. I am so glad I don't have the money in my account for them to get. Never got my order either. I reported them to BBB and filed a scam report with them also.

I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DID NOT PUT MY APARTMENT INFORMATION ON THE PACKAGE SO ITS NOT GETTING DELIVERED CORRECTLY AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FORM OF CONTACT BACK FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! NOT PROFESIONAL AND I'M ABOUT TO CALL THE B.B.B. AND FILE A COMPLAINT!!!!!

Same as other customers here, I was unknowingly charged 39.99 USD additionally a week later. Seems like as soon as you approve the first transaction from your card for a valid purchase, they are using the card details to charge additional amount. Probably hoping that people won't notice.
