i also had the same experience with many users here! totally a scam!, they were unresponsive and charge me unknowingly for additional $52 SGD. What a horror! this company should be bankrupt!

Scam site. Purchased "The Sleepy Buddy" for $19.90. Two weeks later I had a suspicious charge for $39.99 at plushcuties.com. Still haven't received my original order.

Scam site. Beware that they enroll you into a hidden vip subscription with no actual benefits to it. Its charges now go through plushie plaza thats supposedly based in Maine.

This company is from China even though they say on their website that they ship from California. They don’t have a license to sell stich merchandise. They force every single buyer to a subscription without consent that you can not remove because the website won’t let you buy if you read the “billing terms” at the checkout section where the credit card information is also there. The subscription isn’t an option that anyone can add to their cart . It’s a scam please report them if your a victim to shopify so they may get removed from the internet. Their instagram page isn’t available anymore. I think so many people got them removed for scamming.

Same issue as everyone else. I got charge $39.99 a few weeks after the first transaction. I went to my bank to dispute the charge and ordered a new debit card. My new card is currently being sent out and I got some how charged again for $39.99 from the same company. So now I have to change my whole bank account.

As other people say. Scam, they will add a VIP Subscription to your order and charge you 39 USD.

Scam website. Never received my order and got two other random charges afterwards. Tried getting in contact with the company but it’s all a sham and they never responded. I’ve had to cancel my bank cards.

Avoid at all cost like most ppl I brought from this company and they put a hidden charge in there terms and conditions knowing that most ppl don't read them. Also I later had a company with a similar name trying to set up a direct debit on my account. Definitely doggie stay away

Avoid at all costs. We came across this website from an ad on instagram for a sleeping buddy toy. We purchased $9.95 toy plus shipping unknowingly that they enrolled us into a VIP subscription with $39.98 recurring monthly charge. This was hidden in their billing term. I did not provide any explicit consent to sign up to this VIP membership. There is not even any benefit on their VIP membership. So it does not make sense paying $39.98 monthly charge for nothing. Just beware that this website is linked to histhreadzone.com as the charges on my card display this website instead.
