Amazing Customer Service Staff Member

This review is mainly for the amazing QiuQiu who works in customer service - she does a difficult job working with all of the customers, assisting with trades and claims, answering logistics queries, dealing with any issues etc. Although her job is difficult and very busy she is always polite and kind, she stays professional but treats each situation individually. She is a real asset and deserves recognition ❤️

Shady Business, Toxic Community

Beware of this shop. They sometimes have good prices, but sometimes have worse prices than most other toy shops. The boss holds off on stocking new releases in order to "get a good price," but half the time, the prices are the same or worse as others. Shipping takes almost a month.

If you live anywhere but the US or Europe, expect to fight with them about shipping and customs delivery. Customers from South America had their packages denied by customs in China that was TTMarts's fault, and TTMart is refusing to take the blame and issue refunds.

The community is toxic. They preach "peace and love," but only if they like you, and only if you're one of the boss's favorites. Otherwise, they don't really care about your product requests or concerns/feedback.

They also refuse to do any moderation of their WhatsApp community or hold people accountable for toxic behavior. In fact, you could be banned for doing nothing at all if one of their favorites demands you to be banned!

There are many other toy shop/live streams out there that do what TTMart does, but with better moderation and less toxicity in their community. I suggest looking elsewhere unless you thrive off the drama.

Shipping: As an international seller, delivery times can be affected by distance, customs processing, and local carriers. While many orders arrive sooner, some regions may experience longer transit times, and we’re always here to help track and follow up when needed.
Customs: Customs clearance is handled by local authorities, so it’s unfortunately not something we can fully control. That said, we do our best to assist customers if issues arise and try to find a reasonable solution in each case.

I originally wrote a positive review because the higher ups offered us a free item for 5 star reviews and at the time I was blinded to the reality of the situation.

The products are okay, but often times some items you have purchased will end up accidentally packed onto other customers packages. Some shoppers bad behaviors are protected and enabled, while others are punished harshly without explanation or the opportunity to explain themselves.

The manager can be quite condescending, she will encourage customers to suggest products that should be stocked, but she has no issue shooting a majority of requests down in an inappropriate manner publicly or privately. She will also wait to stock new series long after competitor shops have, claiming a better deal, yet when they finally do arrive the retail price is identical or higher than those of competitors.

This shop often holds events where they promise a free gift for those who purchase above a certain amount, such as over 80$-100$. The free gifts are determined by a sort of number draw, draw a number, you get a certain gift. Some gifts are impressive, such as small ceramic bowls, but others are incredibly underwhelming, such as a bag of beans that retails under $10. More often than not you will draw one of these underwhelming gifts.

The events also includes random bags of beans, which cannot be gifted or traded for any samples. The beans are typically leftover products from older series that no one has expressed interest in or purchased. Same goes for the plush blind bags.

Good Experience

Great deals on blind boxes. Huge selection. I have made three orders and never had any issues. Shipping takes a bit longer but well worth the wait.

Friendly and good vibes!

TTmart's customer service always replies within a reasonable time! Their staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Even when the lives get hectic, they all try their best to answer everyone's inquiries. Their effort to help customers have the best live unboxing experience truly shines. I really appreciate the staff's organization in helping customers do trades with other customers!

Amazing blind box seller!!! Amazing hosts and customer service with very fair pricing and ufc/gifting policy. They have the best FYPs and don't force you to make an order to claim it same day. Everything is held for you! They even gift $10 for your birthday! Never met a more generous company than TTMart. They really make shopping here such a fun experience. The community is super giving and kind. Every package is handled with care. I Love TTMart!!

TTMart easily one of the best if not the best!

Great experience. Great community. Great service & options. Items are authentic unless otherwise stated / freebies. Love the fact can open on live & inspects items & have samples / up for chance / trades. Community helpful for those who have questions. Packaging is awesome & shipping time is decent.

This site is definitely legit with authentic items. Their hosts are so great on tiktok live and make the unboxing experience so fun too. As a first time customer, I got so many cute freebies and shipping was quick! Trying so hard to not shop more

Absolutely love TTMart

Absolutely love TTMart! The hosts are friendly and welcoming, and my packages arrive safely in perfect condition. I did, however, one-time occurrence I had a missing piece in one of my orders, and after reaching out to customer service, it was replaced immediately with no hassle. Great service, great hosts, and a shop that truly cares about its customers. I’ll definitely be ordering again.
