I have shopped at TTmart for a year and they are one of my favorite shops for blind boxes out there. The hosts always try to help you, the community is very nice as well. The shipping is fast considering it is international. They also have freebies for your first time order and after too! They keep up-to-date for the latest drops and prices are very competitive. If you have an order you can also hold it (meaning you can order on different days and it can all ship together) which I like because I don’t like getting a bunch of small boxes I rather get one big box. Customer service is very helpful too if you have issues or want to check on something. Overall, highly recommend TTmart and they have a life long customer from me :)

One of the best stores! I've ordered more than 20 times already! The delivery to me takes about 10-15 days, which is amazing considering all the current customs restrictions in the US. The host or support are always helpful and will tell you what's in stock. New items appear every day and it hard to stop because I need everything… BTW all products are authentic. One of the best blind box companies out there. TT Mart is one of the best blind box companies to shop with. They have the latest products at competitive prices. The lives are fun and entertaining to watch with no drama or bullying which is key to me. They have great rules for putting unwanted or duplicate items up for claim or trade unlike other shops.

But key for me is their excellent customer service and after sales support. Many shops take your money and wash their hands of you. Not TT Mart if you have any shipping issues or problems they actively work to solve them. Unfortunately one of my packages was returned as I was unable to accept delivery and TT Mart immediately organised a reship for me and followed up. I was so grateful for their help and support having encountered issues with other shops. Thank you TT Mart
