Good Website for Clothes…
Easy to navigate the website and to look at the information etc. Payment options are good. The clothes are good quality and well made.
My biggest criticism is the shipping, very letdown by "InPost"
The driver buzzed my number and I let him in, only to wait and wait until I went to the foyer and found my package on a chair. I'm not sure I would order online if InPost are the only delivery option.

Easy to Order and Free Collection
Not having a TU store nearby, it is so nice that I can order and get free collection from my local Argos store, and easy returns if I need to.
When instore, I do miss being able to try on certain items of clothing. I am disabled and it is a little more difficult for me to guess how things will fit me.

I have ordered many things from Tu & been impressed with both the items & the customer service.
Recently I have had 2 bad experiences & am seriously considering not purchasing anything else online in the future.
My most recent item is 'ready to collect' only it cannot be found at my designated Argos. They were 2 full cages of parcels on shop floor & apparently '7 more in the back'. Despite the best efforts to search all the bags it was not found. The item is now out of stock & yet again I am left frustrated.
As Tu have not abided to the contract to supply the goods I have paid for I know have to wait till collection window ends for a refund . Which seems unfair Please improve your click & collect service, it's really not fit for purpose

Pick Up Point
The Pick Up Point in Sainsbury's was not in operation (had been out of action for months apparently) so I was forced to join a long Customer Service queue.
If I had known this, I would have opted for another Store. Very disappointing

Great choice.
Easy on line ordering and collection. Returns are straight forward and money is refunded quickly.
Love the selection of clothes you have and are some of my wardrobe staples.
Also love choice is leg lengths in trousers.

Collected my items in store at Sainsbury’s. Service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Unfortunately I had to return one item which didn’t fit; again this was handled quickly and courteously and I was refunded very quickly. I would definitely use this service again.
