Tu clothing order
Collected my items in store at Sainsbury’s. Service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Unfortunately I had to return one item which didn’t fit; again this was handled quickly and courteously and I was refunded very quickly. I would definitely use this service again.

As always Sainsbury’s clothing delivered an excellent service . The items were delivered as planned and I was kept informed. The items were of excellent quality , but another size was needed.
Returning the items to store for a refund was so easy and the service was amazing. Re-ordered and the items are on their way. One very happy customer.

Unfortunately one of the items received was the wrong colour. I couldn't be bothered to send it back so just kept the item which means I now have 2 of the same colours in the pj top.

Ordered a 2 pack of leggings (2 packs of 2 pairs) and received 2 single pairs of leggings instead. Took an age to speak to someone to sort it out, multiple calls made due to "technical issues", but eventually spoke to someone and received a refund for the missing items.

I had a very poor experience with…
update - I already contacted you via Facebook and this is where they doubled down about the issue so not resolved. Do I need to contact you on Facebook again?
I had a very poor experience with refunds where there was a shortfall credited compared with what I paid. I did use a voucher for £4 off £20 spend and even when returning one item the remaining items still qualified for the voucher. But they deducted part of the voucher for the refund of the one item! I'd understand if it was a % off offer but this was a fixed £4 off a £20 spend. I have raised the issue but they are doubling down on this!
