I ordered a click and collect that was…
I ordered a click and collect that was supposed to arrive 6th of September. It still hasn’t arrived. I have done the chat with customer service and each time they have said they have resolved it, I’ll get it within the next couple of days. This hasn’t happened. I don’t even trust going through customer service as they obviously just are trying to get me to go away and hope it resolves itself. No updates or anything.

Pleased with the garments that I bought but the delivery was terrible.
Delivered to the wrong address. I had to walk around the village and knock on doors to locate it 😬. I will not buy anything online again while ever you use Evri has your delivery agent

I found the whole transaction very easy, the delivery person was very polite.
The only problem I have is the items I brought were to long so length options would be preferred.

My order was never delivered to store so I lost out on two sale purchases by chance one of them came back into stock, probably my lost order, so I was able to order again but had to pay delivery to my home address

Not as nice as photos
Garments arrived on time but the quality was very cheap and didn’t match the photos too well. I am glad I paid sale price and not full price as I would have been very unhappy. Cheap fabric, very basic manufacture.

Not the service expected
When the order arrived the pair of women’s trousers on both legs were badly marked and discoloured at the bottom and one of the pair of joggers was the wrong colour. In addition when delivered by inpost the courier knocked left the parcel on the floor of the open porch and did not wait. When opening the door he did not bother to turn or acknowledge me and when I called out just looked and drove off.
Customer service have arranged Royal Mail return and said I would receive a call regarding the complain within 24 hours, still no callback after two days.
Not the service expected with the items sent or the delivery experience.
Update: unfortunately I am unable to reply to the customer service response requesting additional information as I am not on Twitter or Facebook - can you please advise of an alternative email address.
Update 2: No call after 4 days, replied to say that I have no access to Facebook or Twitter and to please provide email to relay the info required. No response, rang customer service told will escalate and expect a phone call today. Certainly not making it easy to have a complaint investigated.
