Brought a set of 4 sliding doors to replace a canvas cover on the front of a hand built garden room. They fitted perfectly and we are so happy with them..wish we done this years before!! The delivery driver was brilliant, very friendly and drove from Holland.

Really great product. Even the builders who built it praised the quality and easy of putting together as everything lines up perfectly.
Quality is very good and looks wonderful when installed. The motorized blinds and spot lights a fantastic and everything is of solid quality.

Beautiful product
Beautiful product, a very well designed modular building with a very flexible system of parts to get exactly what we required. An excellent team of support staff. We are very pleased with the result and when our neighbour saw the veranda he has now ordered one too which speaks for itself.

Overall very good.
The installation information was very good. To have the instruction manual and a video available was invaluable. There was good communication from them, from when the order was placed to delivery. Good information about delivery times and dates. The only issue was I did not get the call from the driver to inform me of when they would arrive to deliver, which meant I was not there when to receive it. That did cause a problem for moving the pallet to where I needed it. Quality of the product is very good. Overall I am very happy with the service and the product.

Well designed and looks great.
The website is easy to use and the ordering process went smoothly. The communication was good and the veranda was delivered on time, as planned.
The 6m wide x 3.5m deep veranda frame was easy to build, mostly on my own with a Genie lift but with a second person to help lift the heavy front beam onto the Genie lift and to hold parts together while I fixed them.
Installing the glass was a difficult, the panes are very heavy and have to be lifted on edge as they can't support their own weight if lifted flat. On edge it only just fits, diagonally, through the gaps in the frame.
It took 5 of us with the Genie lift to get the glass in place and it was quite stressful.
The parts of the veranda are very well and accurately made and fit together without any problems. The finish on the metalwork seems hardwearing.
We are very pleased with the finished product, it looks great and is very solid. It is a very useful addition to our home.

Smooth Process with Quick Delivery and Quality Glass Panels
Ordering was straightforward, and delivery to Manchester was quick. Installation was relatively easy, but for a 5m by 3m setup with glass panels, a skilled team is recommended due to the weight of the glass. As long as you follow the provided instructions, the process goes smoothly.

I ordered 2 verandas one was a…
I ordered 2 verandas one was a polycarbonate roof and the advice i was given was correct (I was advised that i can reduce the depth from 2.5 metre to 2.00metre to fit the area i need to cover)
The second veranda was a glass roof 3 metre depth
i was advised that i can adjust the posts by 50cm on the depth to have the veranda leaning over the garage roof to fit between the house and the garage
when i come to put it up i was told that the posts can only be adjusted under the gutter and not the side
i have phoned and tried to resolve the matter but no joy
i have asked to return the veranda but no joy
i have asked if they can do me a discount on another veranda and i will keep this one as well but still no joy
very annoyed with this

I have no idea where such negative opinions come from, I ordered and received as I was informed and decided to install it myself and to my surprise everything went according to the instructions and without the slightest problems for the price of 2100+ my installation and not 5,500 thousand pounds as I was offered in the showrooms. No support
Was all set to spend over £7k on a Veranda but they won’t deliver - I’m literally a couple of hundred miles outside of their area (in a central location so not on some rural isolated island) but they won’t even provide a quote or offer assistance for me to arrange my own carrier. Their customer service just responds with stock responses and provide no actual support.
The only solution they offered (which is the stock answer on their website) was to get it delivered to a friend or family who live in the delivery area - bearing in mind the product is over 1500kg total and has parts measuring 6m.
I’m honestly amazed that this company is turning away business rather than working with customers to get their product to them.

Straight from the start they were very…
Straight from the start they were very helpful and the delivery was seamless.
The self build was easy, all instructions (video and paper) were easy to follow.
Very sturdy, completely water tight and looks amazing.
They couldn’t have done better and it was up with only one person - less the glass roof in 4 days without breaking my back.
Modular in design so will add to it next summer.

Bad experience with customer service. Not helpful at all. If you get something broken it will take weeks to replace and no compensation for your time and horrible experience. Very disappointing

Zeer slechte ervaring!! Dit bedrijf ken totaal geen service en kunnen geen afspraken nakomen kost heel wat voeten in aarde allemaal en dan nog niet te spreken over hoe ze omgaan als je ze ergens op wijst als je belt word er niet opgenomen en op de chat word gelijk gereageerd en als het ze niet aanstaat word je geblokkeerd en krijgje geen reactie meer hele rare manier van werken en communiceren heeft deze firma als je extra wil bestellen moet dat eerst over 5schijven voor je een keer kunt betalen en dan een keer anderhalve maand later krijg je je producten als je gelukt hebt!! IK ZOU ZE ZEEER ZEKER NIET AANRADEN!! Mensen wees gewaarschuwd en denk er eens goed overna! Als de begin service als zo slecht is is de aftersales nog veel erger enige waneer ze blij zijn en je snel willen helpen is als er wat verkocht kan worden. ( ook daar niet over te spreken want het adviseren is ook redelijk ondeskundig)

Do not repond to their online chats and there delivery areas is useless . So i gave it 2 postcodes and both were out of their delivery are BUT on their website which i copied and pasted it sais
