I was extremely stressed about not…
I was extremely stressed about not being able to get my new website to connect to my domain, which is hosted by Turbify. I built a website myself, using Base44, as the cost to hire someone to do it was not in my budget at the moment. All went well until it was time to chnage the DNS settings, and then I kept getting error codes. I called in to Turbify customer support and explained what was going on. The representative listened, and then started to walk me thru the steps to get the issue resolved. When the problem still persisted, she logged onto my account and corrected the needed items, and got the settings fixed. I appreciate the time and patience shown by her, and I will continue to use Turbify for all my site hosting.

I received more information than I asked for and both of them immediately went to work putting together what we needed to transition the store from Bigcommerce to Turbify. you locked the account and the only way is to call your customer service through only one toll free number .. i am outside USA and cannot connect to a toll free number !!!!!!!

Great customer seevice
My account was locked since Saturday evening, and we only realized on Sunday afternoon calling Turbify we understood there was an issue with one e-mail whoch the user did a password change , but the account for the domain was still locked. I called again on Monday and the agent was able to activate the account and with 30 minutes it was working again

Plan rates increase and you don't know it until you see it on your payment method. Good luck talking to customer service in English. I'm ending my service after 15 years. I should have done it long ago, I just didn't want the hassle of setting everything up with a new host. There is a lot of worthy competition out there.
