The person that helped me was awesome because he helped get the money back that you stole from me. You have been charging me for a website that I couldn’t even access- I canceled it years ago- then he had me cancel it again….. then I got an email telling me it wasn’t canceled….. and that I had to cancel it again. I would NEVER use your service in the future.

i had service with you (yahoo small business/aabaco now turbify) for over 20 years. 8 years ago my website was attacked and i coudl NEVER recover it. i called. tried to get help. tried to migrate. NOTHING from you.
tried to get refunds (again yesterday) and NOTHING.
all you did was eventually cancel my service.
i want a refund for services from 2018-2022. that's it.

Billed me more than the invoice stated
You billed me more than your invoice stated - no taxes were included in the price charged, so the billed amount should have been what the invoice notified. You also declined to respond to my query regarding this and have proven that your parent company Verizon doesn't care a jot about its customers as long as they can keep fleecing them. Finally didn't provide an answer to explain the difference and promptly closed the case.
