The best part was that the person who helped me was kind, patient and knew immediately how to solve my problem.

Took months and multiple calls and complaints about the same issues to fix my unsecure website. Why is that even an issue when I paid to have my website domain and hosting, especially in a tech age. It should not take months! And every time I call a ticket get open and closed without fixing the issue. Been calling since November...... and issues didn't get resolved until May. Wow.. Absolutely unacceptable customer service!

I asked a question and, after researching, the representative gave me an answer. That made for a great experience.

The product is simply not good. Ever since Yahoo sold off its web hosting, it's been a terrible experience. I've had to rebuild my (very simple!) website multiple times because software platforms are dropped. I keep my websites for writings which I've published, and I am not checking my websites because they are mostly there to direct people to sites for purchase. Then when I happen to check on my website, it's not working. I have found this happen over and over and over again despite spending a huge amount of money on these websites over many, many years. I cannot be checking on these websites constantly to see if Turbify has screwed them up again. I just dropped one of them to the very cheapest plan possible, tried to set up a simple website using a Turbify template, and it still would not publish while I had to wait weeks for Turbify customer service to resolve the inexplicable issue.

Weird customer service. The agent sounds like scammers. There is no straight answers while the account accrues unjustified increases not agreed that violated US laws

I could not cancel my account on line. Called and the person could not cancel my account. I was told they would contact me in 3 business days. They never did and it is now 7 business days since I called.
