Turbify has been an absolute nightmare
Turbify has been an absolute nightmare. We started with Yahoo merchant solutions 20 years ago which was great.vthey sold to Turbify which is in India. The platform is ancient and uses propriatary coding that cannot be transferred elsewhere. They make you use PayPal as the checkout and many people hate paypal and leave the store.
We have tried repeatedly to integrate different payment options but they always fail. Come to find out that the system is so old that none of the newer systems will work on Turbity's system. We have 20 years of SEO that we cant transfer as nywhere. The people working there are basically readingout of a book. I have to use AI to figure out what the problems are and then teach the techs at Turbify. Very unhappy customer here!!

An email notification in advance of the account being locked with an explanation would have been useful.
