No issues and product quickly delivered as promised. Others listed that they had it in stock but really didn't have it after I ordered.

When I called for assistance, the knowledge of the tech helped in ordering the right Turbo charger for my Freightliner. Also the shipping was faster than anticipated, so my truck was only down 3 days which could have been longer. The pricing was about 50% below what the dealership was asking, and so far there is not one problem with the turbo charger.

The turbo arrived as expected. The turbo fit as advertised. Simple to follow instructions. The instructions were,

Sold me a bad turbocharger. They were fine with an exchange (No chance I'll be doing that!) or a refund. However, now I'm stuck with a labor charge for a turbocharger that's no good and possibly caused more damage. They said they don't cover labor but they'll sell you a bad part. Go figure. I'd like to say I'll never buy another turbocharger from them again but what's the chances that I'll ever need one again anyways. So my only recourse is to warn others. Very expensive lesson learned!!

Fast shipping. We had an issue with the clocking of the turbocharger on the manifold and were able to reach someone to help us rectify the issue quickly.

I'm a real guy, alright. I was in a tight spot. I needed a very specific turbo and I needed it quick. Not only did I find the turbo, which was impossible to find locally, they also OVERNIGHTED it to me for free! The install went great and it's better than oem. Good work guys!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY "turbochargerpros" - Overall the customer service is terrible, they have an attitude and seem annoyed to help me.

I bought a turbocharger (with gasket kit) for my car back in 2020, it has broken down a total of two times already going on for a third time (and before you say maybe my mechanic isn't doing it right, he has a masters from UCLA in electrical engineering and is a ASE Certified Master Technician he knows what he's doing)

We are now going onto 2022 almost and this is the third time my turbocharger has broken down, labor costs are getting close to $2,000 I keep getting bounced around with customer support and technical support for a long time and then they just hang up on me. I'm a college student I'm struggling to pay rent and other things especially because of COVID-19. I was promised 2 day air shipping (today-Friday Sept.10) and now the tracking information is telling it will get here 3 days later on Monday. My mechanic is complaining about the part not getting here on time and holding my immobile vehicle more time because he has other things to work on. Was told on my second warranty that if my turbocharger were to stop working a third time I would be given some sort of credit or compensation (in the second installation my mechanic told me the turbocharger had a significantly weaker boost than the first one). When I did my third claim I was told nothing can be done in terms of compensation, wasn't even offered some sort of expedited shipping until I insisted about it.

This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company and feel powerless because even to file a warranty claim is so difficult.

I'm not one to write reviews but this one just felt like the only thing I can do which is to warn other to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a turbo and paid next day air for $200+ and it was sent from my address 30 miles away what a scam!!
