Turbocharger Pros Avis 

Ordered a turbo for a Ford focus and was sent a turbo that was completely different from the one in the catalog. When I contacted them I was told that they would send me another one but I would have to pay a fee to get it expedited. When I asked why I had to pay a fee for their error I was rudely told that they were doing me a favor by reducing my shipping fees. When the second turbo arrived it again was wrong and they told me that they have a catalog issue and cannot process my order. I lost a customer due to this and this is very poor customer service.

Delivered the correct turbocharger on time and fairly priced. Four other companies managed to screw it up so very satisfied

Greate experience all around. Saved thousands on my Chevy Cruze turbocharger. Car running like normal, or better, than new. I recommend highly.

The turbo kit sent didn’t fit - I triple checked it was the proper turbo for my car before I ordered. Had it installed by a certified mechanic and the turbo would not seat properly. It was supposed to come with the Victor Reinz gaskets, and the included gaskets were paper thin cheap stuff. To top it off, they mistakenly sent a huge box of 30 oil feed lines, (which I should’ve kept and sold on eBay- at $30 each that would’ve made me some money). When I called to start the return process, the guy in the phone says “oh, well, the part numbers for Subaru’s are really confusing. Maybe they sent the wrong one.” Wow - you deal in turbochargers, and Subaru’s are confusing? Don’t waste your time here folks...I found them to be anything but Pros.

Turbo arrived in great condition. All bolts tight and no metal shavings of any kind inside. Fit correctly and so far is running beautifully only time will tell.

My first experience with Turbocharger Pros. I just finished the installation. All is well. Order entry, site ease of use, and delivery were all excellent. I would recommend them, and if I would use them again if I have a need.

Turbo was as listed and I needed it fast and they were able to overnight it with no issues. Turbo runs great and was a direct bolt on.

Bought the Turbocharger Pro brand turbo for under $200 for my 2002 Saab 9-3 SE, which is the high output turbo model. This turbo is usually harder to find and more expensive. I already spent too much rebuilding this car and didn't want to spend a lot on a new turbo. One year and 14,000+ miles later the turbo is still going strong. Unfortunately, I don't think they have anymore of these turbos.

Turbocharger Pros delivered quickly, packaged my new turbo impeccably--my mechanic was most impressed--and they were spot on with delivery notifications. Hope I don't need another new turbo soon, but I definitely recommend their services!

GREAT PART AT GREAT PRICE-PROMPT DELIVERY

Buyer beware, this company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire professional career. I called to ask a simple question about a turbocharger I purchased trying to verify fitment for a particular vehicle. At first their representative tried to accommodate my questions without prevail, when I asked to speak to her direct supervisor she said that would not be possible as they were busy. I offered to take their name an number and try calling back (she said I would not get them on the phone) so I offered to leave my name and number and have them call me back. Again “They will not call you.” At this point in time I am starting to get heated regarding my purchase. Again I asked to speak with anyone in the company that could help answer questions regarding turbo fitment for me. Again the answer was “No, that’s not our policy.” WHAT, that’s not your policy….to provide customer support to your customers? You’ll take their money, but won’t help when the questions get hard. So I spent over $1,300.00 with this company and they REFUSE to give me the time of day to answer fitment questions regarding a turbocharger THEY sell (I’m not even looking to return the item or even ask for a refund). All I want to know is if the turbo I purchased will work with my vehicle as I am getting conflicting information from my mechanic. So again I say buyer beware, they sure as hell will take your money, but they won’t give you the time of day if you have some “discovery type” questions. Oh and don’t even try to ask for a manager or a supervisor of some kind, because “That’s not their policy.” What a joke!

The Turbo was deliver on time after installed the turbo in my car all I can say so far is that the turbo is working fine for now.

price was great. got here fast. however, 1 of the parts was busted. thankfully my mechanic was able to use the pc off my turbo.

Part fit truck and had good instructions.
