My previous review was unfair, despite all that i put up with in my experience turbochargerpros always replied fairly promptly. And they did give a full refund for the turbo when it did not arrive.

I was looking to get info on turbos for my BMW 335i but unsure of which brand would be best for my application. Austin in the sales department was very knowledgeable & extremely helpful. Turbo was shipped and received to the Midwest in 5 days. Well packaged, no product damage. Turbo was as described and fit well. Ordered the gasket kit with and warranty as well. 2005 Forester XT back like it should be now. Everything included to swap, no chasing parts or modifying to fit. Saved 4-5 hundred bucks over Subaru reman. Would do business again in a heart beat, just hope it isn't for this vehicle.

was able to save money ordering turbocharged turbocharger on-line myself. Web site easy to use, part was delivered the next day- came with warranty. Our mechanic was able to repair the original part, so return was easy to Turbocharger Pros for a part never installed. Would definitely check their site and inventory available if needed.

New Turbos for boat arrived quickly and were installed with no problems. Both motors ran great with the new turbos. I would order from these guys again!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
I purchased a part and I received it.... 3 weeks later!
I called many time to ask for information about it.
I spent much time on the phone never to be able to talk to a real person.
That happened several times. Then finally I got a real person and....he hung up on me.
I wrote several emails to no avail until finally I got a notice saying the part was on back order but they didn't state this when I bought it.
My car in the shop 3 weeks thanks to useless TURBOCHARGER PROS.

This place is terrible. 1k later and like a week I still dont have the turbo even though I was promised "Next" day. this place sucks balls!

POSSIBLY the best deal in the country. Perfect fit and backhoe is back to work with no issues. Have to put some hours on it to see how it holds up. So far I am a happy camper. Thanks.

Great price great selection Customer Service lacks a little bit on answering the phones for questions

I ordered a turbo with feed and return lines. The sales person said everything would go out the same day (I ordered them before 10AM on a Tuesday). Sales person said I should have everything by Thursday or Friday at the latest. By the following Tuesday, I still did not have the parts. I first tried calling, was put on hold. After waiting 10 minutes I tried connecting with the online chat. After a few minutes wait someone came on line. I found out one of the lines had to be ordered and they expected it by Thursday and would ship everything overnight - watch for an email with a tracking number. By Friday morning, still no tracking number so I went on line to chat. Had to wait more then 30 minutes before someone came on line. Then I find out the line they did not have is on backorder. They did ship the turbo and one line next day so I had them Monday AM. The poor customer service is not once did they call or email me that there was a problem getting parts.

Better than expected. Will use them for any turbo needs in the future.

I ordered a turbo that they didn't even have in stock even though their website said they had 10+ in stock. I never received a phone call or email to let me know this. After contacting them they were very apologetic but couldn't explain why their website said they had my turbo in stock when they really didn't. They were quick to refund my money after 2 phone calls. Very disappointed with them and will never use them again or recommend them.

Ordered a Turbocharger CHRA which was not an exact fit. Need to improve their selection specifications for that vehicle. Executed a very "No Hassle" return. Then purchased an after market inter-cooler which fit perfectly. They were very good to work with.
