Theae guys are great!! Their easy to follow website easily guided me towards the rebuilt turbo I needed. They also offered the basic install seals and gasket kit for the install. They also included the shipping on the old core turbo to send back for the core charge. The rebuilt turbo looked brand new and is running great. They saved me a few hundred dollars.

Quick delivery seems to be exactly what I ordered. it'll be another week before I have the rest of the parts I need to install it in the vehicle ( new engine) so, so far so good.

No "turbo pros" at this business. I have had 2 turbos from this place and they both failed in less than 300 miles. Different engines, different cars. Talked with Fred on the phone and he seemed to have little experience, Cody his manager would not make an exception as the warranty was up only a few weeks ago and they were out of stock. Great way to lose a repeat customer. FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS THIS ONE IS NOT FOR YOU!!! Also spent 50 minutes on hold, only to be turned away. They could make it right...but my guess is they won't since they are clearly in the business of selling garbage and not standing behind it.

Great product. Not the Chinese crap everybody else sells. Hi quality turbo for a good price. I will buy more.

1. misleading inventory availability and information - buyautoparts.com website said my part would ship in 2-4 weeks; the reality was 4-5 months after my order - I only found this out after my order was cancelled after 4 days, and an associate called me

2. avg hold time for the customer service line was 25 minutes over 5 separate calls . avg call times for the *sales* team was < 1 minute. it's clear where this organization places their priorities.

3. inability to order a backlogged part - two of my orders were cancelled because the part was backlogged. I understand you do not want to charge a customer for a part that has not yet shipped; but it is *ludicrous* that the only way for me to be notified that a part was back in stock was to call the customer service line (see points #1 and #2).

4. you can only use the buyautoparts.com buyers club membership (10% discount) by calling their sales line directly. no ability to use this discount when checking out online (no online ordering? seriously?). Additionally, the only way I can take advantage of this is to wait for my card to be shipped to me (5 days), then call a number on the back of the card. stunning...

Had a few warranty issues but all were resolved in a timely manner... THank you!

Bought your new turbocharger for my 2002 VW 1.8t. I am really happy. Your Turbo has worked out. Got your two year warranty included with the unit, but from what I have seen, there will be no problems. Had a little excitement at initial startup and hour or so of running time with residual oil from the air intake system clearing out of the exhaust. But it all went away with less than an hours running time. No problems. Very happy I went the extra bucks and bought your new unit. I recommend you to anybody needing a new turbo.

Bought turbos from this website thinking it was a good deal and was VERY WRONG. They sent me the wrong turbos, THEN they wouldn’t let me make a return, wouldn’t let me make a claim or would not answer the customer service phones for over two months. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I bought a part never even used it sent it back for refund over 6 months ago they still have not credited me my 200$ back so they got my money and my part !

Customer service beyond atrocious. got a bad turbo out of box and tried to contact for over 2 weeks. several emails and several hours on hold
