I had a leak in the Misting Fan we purchased and Turbo support took care of the issue quickly and I am completely satisfied. Could not have been a better experience.

I have purchased two heaters from this company and within 6 months, both products heating elements stopped working and they weren’t even used very much. The company refused to take responsibility for their poor product and their only solution was that I “purchase another one of their products”. I will never support this company again and I pray you don’t fall victim to their garbage product and even worse customer support.

Purchased a unit from Home Depot. I installed it myself. My first unit that i installed on my own. The instructions were great, but i'm typical man- and didn't read thru the whole thing...
The unit pushed cold air for a minute, and then pushed only hot air.
I called home depot, they reached out to the manufacturer TURBO on my behalf, and told me that i'll get an answer within 2 days.
The morning after, i got an Email from TURBO support and the suggested a few things to try, Here is the first suggestion they sent:
"We know it might sound like a simple question, but could you please confirm whether both service valves (high and low pressure) were fully opened after installation? (We understand this might seem basic, but some users have accidentally overlooked this step.)"

I , sure enough, found that this WAS my mistake, and it resolved my issue.

I'm super impressed with the ease of installation, the customer service, the price, the app and quality of the unit. Highly recommended !

Outstanding customer service!!! I had a minor issue with a connection hose leaking (it happens), so I followed protocol, submitted pictures, did troubleshooting tips they provided and within a couple days I had a brand new unit shipped out and delivered. Now that's a way to back the product you sell!!! Kudos and thank you TURBRO!!!!

I purchased a 12000 BTU mini split and after the installation it will not work. Contacted Tech Support and during the trouble shooting process, we found out a problem with the motherboard in the outdoor unit. Turbro sent me a new outdoor unit. Installed the new outdoor unit and problem solved. That speaks volume of this company. Well Done TURBRO.

My initial experience was one of a defective device, but once I contacted support and sent a video confirming the issue TURBRO immediately sent out a new one free of charge! Bravo.

Turbro's customer service was excellent, to the point where they followed up with me to complete a request I made for a replacement, that was unique!

I was missing a part. I contacted Turbro and they jumped right on it and provided the missing part. The whole time; communication was clear, timely, and courteous. I would highly recommend both the company and the product.

I received a defective dehumidifier, customer care team took care of it right away and we received a replacement just two days. As of now everything is working as it should be. The unit feels sturdy, straight forward and it being available in multiple colors help to choose smt to match my decor. I use it for my basement and although my basement is small I don’t regret choosing a larger size. One thing I will complain about is the delivery time. A replacement should have a faster ship time. I think it took about a week or longer. Not exactly sure but that’s the reason for 4 stars.

This company makes a solid AC unit. We needed a portable for our apartment and theirs is quiet and powerful. Only downsides are that it's not dual hose, so can make the room a bit humid, but oh well.

We also had an issue with our first unit, so I reached out to support. Lyvia was lovely to work with and she had a replacement sent out ASAP. Highly recommend TURBRO.

Just dealing with the people there always nice and friendly and had answers right away

I am impressed with TURBRO’s customer service.

I purchased the RV rooftop inverter ac/heat pump in March ‘25. When I got an E6 error code last week and the unit stopped working, I contacted TURBRO.

I called the toll free number and was asked to leave a message. I didn’t leave a message but a representative called me back within the hour anyway. When does that happen?

A customer service representative wrote to me soon after. After walking me through how to check to see if the problem was simply a loose wire, another customer service representative placed an order for the interior part of the unit. The brand new part arrived the day after it was shipped. From my first call to being able to repair the unit was less than a week.

I am impressed with the care, patience and responsiveness of TURBRO. They do care about their customers and do support their products.

Excellent customer service. After receiving my dehumidifier we found part of it not to function properly. After a quick review of the situation they immediately shipped me a replacement unit that is functioning great!

Upon receiving my misting fan, I found that the misting feature did not work unfortunately. I emailed customer service in the evening, and much to my surprise, they emailed me back within minutes. I thought for sure they would be closed, but they answered almost immediately. I sent them a video of the malfunction and they told me they would send a completely new fan. It shipped within a couple of days and I received it within a week. Excellent customer service and the new fan works perfectly. I also have the other fan to use minus the misting feature.

I had a problem when I received my misting fan. Custom service quickly replaced it and fast. Only negative is the battery life is far, far ess than advertised with both the fan and pump running. Impressive design. Recommend Turbo.

The customer support is top notch, very easy to work with and quick response from them. I had a problem with the first unit and they sent me a replacement unit.

Support took my issue seriously and replaced my unit once it was determined it couldn't be fixed. Unit works great besides this issue

Turbro offers a great selection. I personally purchased a pool heater and it's working perfectly. There support is very helpful and ready to guide you through your problem .. Highly recommend Turbro..

I purchased a second Turbro portable window AC in July 23. I set it up and went to use it in June and it only blew hot air. I sent an email and received a quick response with things to try. When all failed I was told that my warranty was expired. However, the agent kept trying to see how she could help and located my extended warranty. Because of her diligence I received a brand new working AC. It arrived right on time because we are experiencing another heat wave. I am so grateful because I assumed my extended warranty had expired because the AC was almost two years but it had not. Thank you so much Lyvia for your help and your patience in making this right for me. I am so appreciative. It makes me have even more confidence in Turbro's committment to their appliances and their customers
