I had a wonderful experience with Turbro’s customer service! From the very beginning, Sky was incredibly prompt, friendly, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I was so impressed by how smoothly the process went. I’m especially grateful that they’re sending me a new fireplace—it’s clear they really care about their customers. Thank you, Turbro, for your exceptional service and kindness!

I bought my fireplace/heater for my living area after I used one in an Airbnb. I thought it would be perfect in our house. I ordered it and it arrived by the time I arrived from our vacation. It was perfect, it’s attractive and fit in our faux fireplace. It warms our living room and looks perfect too. After a few months it stopped working. I was worried and contacted customer service. They provided me support and gave me some troubleshooting before submitting a claim. The advice they gave worked! No need for a claim. My little fireplace works again. Very happy with the product and the customer service.

The customer service with Turbro was excellent. I had an issue with my fireplace after installation. They were prompt in their response and quickly sent a new one out. This one is working great. Tons of color combinations for flames, logs, and crystals. Really makes the room cozy. Excellent purchase!

My humidifier was having some issues, so I reached out to support. I was given helpful feedback, and a few months later I had another issue. After reaching out about the next issue, I was given more assistance and ended up receiving a replacement. Britany was very kind and patient with me as I went through the steps of sending pictures/videos, asking questions, and then coming to the conclusion.

My 2 Turbro humidifiers did a great job humidifying my home this winter. They're surprisingly quiet and easy to fill. Cleaning at least weekly is important and not a big deal.
I would say that they're almost perfect (except maybe a little funny-looking, although not in a bad way LOL!).
Our water has a LOT of mineral content, which causes a dust build-up, and distilled water isn't practical for us. Otherwise, I highly recommend these humidifiers.
The customer support is absolutely amazing. Britany has been not only helpful and prompt, but a pleasant person to work with.

I previously had an issue with my initial product being delivered trashed and the unit was missing parts and paperwork. After reaching out to the manufacturer the company came through big time! To be completely honest my first point of contact was not 100% helpful, but after I got in touch with a main person with customer service she was 5 stars all the way. The company listened to my complaint and noted my issues. After sending in pictures to show what I received (not the manufacturer’s fault) the company started the replacement process. It took a little over a week, but I received a brand new (undamaged) unit. I am very pleased with Turbro customer service and the outcome I received. THANK YOU!!

I contacted TURBRO after realizing that my pond deicer was not working. Britany and the team responded immediately and after multiple emails back and forth with info and photos etc. determined that my deicer was faulty and they would issue me a refund. I was impressed by the speed, professionalism and care that Britany and the team afforded me. I did also notice that many of the communications were at times outside of regular work day hours and on the weekends. Thank you to TURBRO for having such an awesome and dedicated worker!

Very easy to request and receive a new remote.

Ordered the Pluto R19 fire pit and it had some issues with being able to assemble/disassemble the product.
Contacted customer support via email and was responded to quickly. After a few emails, I sent a video and a pic of the issue and a new fire pit was sent out to me in a few days. Awesome.

I ordered an open box set of firelogs. They came in and looked beautiful, heat is strong, and we love the sound of the crackling fire. The only problem was the remote was missing. I thought that it might be considered my loss taking a chance on an open box, but customer service was so easy to contact and helpful. I had a new remote sent within a week. That kind of help is so unusual. Very pleased.

Outstanding customer service and communication. Shout out to Maria and Lyvia. I needed a part for my portable air conditioner and Maria was very thorough helping me with the correct parts i needed. Just the right product for my needs. Shipped timely and received before I expected. I even had an incorrect shipping address on the order that was about to ship to an empty address out of state. I texted and they took care of getting that corrected without missing a beat. Extremely pleased with their customer service

The staff at TURBRO were amazing to work with…especially Lyvia. Our unit had stopped heating and we had it under a year. I reached out to customer service, provided the info requested for troubleshooting and to make our life easier, we were sent a new unit. AND, the delivery time was less than 2 days.

I purchased two mini split units for my home and I am amazed with their performance. They are whisper quiet and really do the job nicely. I had a couple of small issues and the customer service folks (Britany and Marj) were absolutely a pleasure to deal with!
They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed to get my units running!
I was so impressed with the customer service that I decided to purchase two more mini split units from Turbro, even though there were cheaper units available.

I bought a pond heater from this company. I had issues after 3 months. I contacted them. They replied immediately and ultimately refunded all my money, While I had problems with the item, their customer service was the best. I'd do business with them again.

This product is amazing! I really enjoy its smart app functionality. I had a bad remote, so I reached out to customer support and the issue was resolved quickly. Support walked me through some basic troubleshooting steps and subsequently, sent me a replacement remote within a week. The new remote is working perfectly and the heater as well. I would highly recommend Turbro for all your heater needs!

Great customers service. I bought a humidifier that had minor defect, they replaced with a new unit within few days.

My review is for the support that I received, rather than the product. I purchased a Pond de-icer in November which had ceased working. It could not be repaired and stock was not available for replacement. However, Britany at Customer Service looked after the problem and I have been issued a full refund.

I purchased a pond heater from Turbro, which unfortunately had a defective GFCI plug. However, Turbro customer service was very easy to work with, providing timely emails and offering useful solutions such as a free replacement switch to cannibalize. Ultimately, Turbro processed a refund as I didn't feel comfortable doing any rewiring. Britany from customer service did a great job.
