I had received the wrong remote in the box with my fireplace log heater. I wrote an email and heard back from them the next day. A replacement was sent and it arrived quickly. The customer service was amazing and I love my heater too! Thank you for being so prompt in acting on this situation.

Going into our third year with Turbro electric log set, and remote stopped working. Response from company and replacement remote was smooth and very quick. We love this log set, use it everyday and keeps use of HVAC system minimal.

The support specialist Lyvia was so helpful in resolving a few issues that I experienced. Even though these issues were no fault of the companies they took the utmost professional care in helping me resolve my problem.

Humidifier: very good support, had some startup hiccups but Promptly resolved. Works well, Good design, flexible options, throws a killer bunch of mist 4 ft into air.

Turbro Mini Split. Great price. Well built unit and was easy to install. Template for indoor unit installation was great! I had an installation question and customer service was fast and on point.

We were missing the remote for our fireplace unit and it was solved very quickly with Lyvia's help. There was great communication as we went through the process and appreciate the resolution taking place in a short time frame.

I bought a TS20 unit last year and was very pleased with it. We have a large living room with poor HVAC and the unit helped warm the room, both in temperature and in spirit. Unfortunately, the unit stopped heating when we unpacked it this year. I reached out to TURBRO's customer service and had an excellent experience with Lyvia, and ultimately a new unit was sent to us free of charge. My only complaint would be that they should have modular parts to replace issues occur, but that might just be a liability thing. Overall I am very satisfied with the support and consider TURBRO to be an excellent company to work with.

This company was so generous and on target with sending me a new remote for my electric log when mine crashed and became unusable! I was devastated and they came to my rescue expediently with a New TURBRO remote! I love the updates and communication they provided during this transaction! I highly recommend them to anyone who likes dependable service!

When I emailed about my log insert, Marj emailed me right back with detailed troubleshooting instructions. When I did not respond, Lyvia followed up. Lyvia also reached out to confirm delivery. That level of attention is unheard of today.

I contacted the company, sent requested photos, and within a few days received a new remote. The company kept me apprised of every step and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Great customer care! I ordered an ‘open box’ electric log heater and it came with the top open and one piece of tape across it and the remote was missing. I messaged customer service to let them know the condition it arrived in and ask that they send me a remote. My rep was Lyvia and she didn’t hesitate to send a remote right away. I appreciated her quick response and action.

I bought this Fireplace Insert a year ago. A few days ago it suddenly stopped working. I reached out to customer service, and they sent detailed instructions on how to take it apart and repair it. I had one of their electronic fireplace heaters and the heating element stopped at just two days shy of a year, which was the warranty period. So I reached out and after a very easy troubleshooting step they happily sent me a new one with no trouble. New one works great, just like the old one for most of its lifespan. Very pleased with the service.
