TWBCO Avis

Friendly lady on the phone and the delivery man was also equally lovely

Polite and helpful staff. Delivery when promised and left exactly as requested even though property unattended. Excellent service.

Prompt response after finding through Check Trade. Quote was good value, had a plumber on site within a few hours.
Polite and took pride in his work. Will be using the company again in the future, although I hope not too often!

Skips arrive on time even get a phone calls with updates
Staff Friendly and helpful defo recommend

Service as expected ,great to have in the village

100% exceptional service by Emma, so professional and knowledgeable well done that lady 👏

I ordered a skip to be delivered A.M and your recipient took my order in an efficient manner. Not receiving a skip by 10.45 I dialled Number 01733215333 only to find for the next 25 mins that I was 2nd in the queue, but told to hold on. Thankfully at last i was able to seek the answer to where my skip was, to be told that it would be 1 p.m. before it would arrive. Your present system is NOT working and the time I had to wait reflects my 1 star award. However the skip was delivered at 2.15 p.m and I have adjusted my stars to 3 despite the long wait for someone to answer the phone.

TWBCO are such an amazing company. We have hired 2 skips and will continue to order more. The customer service team are amazing. I had to make multiple phone calls and they could answer my questions everytime. We will continue to hire from them. Thank you

Helpful with my queries before ordering. Efficient in delivery and collection with the agreed dates.

Not strictly on time but allowed extra capacity skip at no extra cost.
Confusion over permissible waste but accepted furniture with elements of soft furnishings.
Staff were generally very helpful, would use again.

Booking was very straightforward and the staff were very helpful and polite. The skip was delivered exactly when they said it was and gave a courtesy call before hand. Collection had no issues they just came and took the full skip away and no need to wait in.

Friendly helpful and delivered actually ahead of schedule .

TWBCO ,sales team were very helpful ,they took time to explain if and where i could place the skip ,and made sure the skip driver contacted me 1 hour before delivery as requested, i would recommend TWBCO to any one looking to use their services
thank you steve flaherty

Really helpful lady sorted the order, very pleasant interaction. Skip came in a timely manner and the man who delivered was very helpful and pleasant. All round good experience.

and for a good price 👍

Went above and beyond to help. Thanks

Quick service.friendly communication. Tried to hire a skip, but due to the items I had, i could not, so TWBCO offered me a solution with a man and a van service that was brilliant for me. 5 star service from start to finish

Really helpful when ordering our skip answer all my questions and reassured me. This is the second time i have order a skip from here and they have never dissapointed.

I am very impressed with service provided by TWBC. I made an enquiry about a grab, sent over a video and pics of access and they immediately got back to me and the job was booked in for next day. Dennis the grab operator was absolutely amazing!! ...cleared the load (about 12 tonnes) over a 6ft fence with just 4m opening ) I'd say using TWBC has put me a week ahead of schedule and saved me loads on skips. Will definitely be using them again
