Comfortably the worst customer experience I have ever had. They pride themselves off a quick process, quick payment, and a good price.

They valued my phone at £240 initially, took 4 weeks to “test my device” and then offered me £41.

They don’t reply. It’s AI generated responses. This whole process took 5 weeks, they gave me 4 deadlines of when this’ll be completed, and missed all 4 deadlines.

Save your time and go elsewhere and this guys are absolutely abysmal and shouldn’t be able to operate.

I purchased an iPhone that arrived looking practically brand new. It even has 100% battery health! Getting this quality for a third of the retail price is incredible. I'm highly satisfied with my purchase.

Sent phone away, they rang me to make sure id sent the phone etc, got 3 low offers, finally settled on one, and like everyone else no paymeny has been recived and i fear it pronably wont.
Use backmarket these lot will likely rob you blind.

I sent my phone off and put the condition as poor as per the advise, they received my phone and explained they used 3 different grading systems, which I correctly filled out. They haven’t responded to any emails, I went ahead with the offer stupidily as couldn’t be bothered with having to get the phone back, they advised due to delays my payment would be done today 24th April and I have not received my money.
Have sent a email and not received a response and they still have my phone.

Avoid this company.

Sent my device based on their quoted valuation. Once they had it, the price was dropped by over 90% which is an absolute joke and clearly their usual tactic looking at reviews.

I declined and asked for my device back. Instead of just returning it, they kept trying to push a higher offer and delayed the process. Funny how they managed to go from £40 to £210 all of a sudden. Don’t fall for their tactics.

Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a pattern, high initial quote, then reduced offer once they have your device.

I’ve now had to chase repeatedly just to get my own property returned. Completely unnecessary stress and a waste of time.

If you’re thinking of using them, don’t rely on the price you’re shown upfront. Be prepared for it to drop once they receive your device.

Now taking it further through trading standards. Don’t know how these criminals can still operate like this.

I would strongly advise against using this company. My experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

They have had my iPhone for over a month. Before I sent it, they offered £280, even though I clearly marked the phone as being in poor condition. After inspection, they reduced their offer to just £56, which I rejected—especially since I had already been offered £180 by a high street shop.

They made a couple of slightly higher offers, which I also declined. Eventually, we agreed on a final price of £150. However, despite this agreement, I still have not been paid.

I was told payment would be made on the 20th—over a week after we agreed on the price—but that date has passed with no payment. To make matters worse, they are no longer responding to my emails.

At this point, I’m left chasing my own money with no communication or resolution. If you want to avoid stress and wasted time, I recommend staying well away from this company.

Awful company and DO NOT USE TO RECYCLE YOUR DEVICES. It took ages to process. They deliberately offer you 80% less than advertised. Customer service sounds like a one man show in Calcutta and they just lie anyway. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Bought this phone for my Son and got no complaints even though its a couple years behind. The design still looks and feels sleek and premium. The camera quality is incredible photos come out sharp, vibrant, and detailed even in low light. Battery life easily gets him through the day, and everything runs so smoothly with zero lag. It’s a solid first phone and definitely worth it, highly recommend!

5 star, speedy delivery, phone exactly as described if not better and good price

Quoted £244 for my phone, actual price £61, told payment would be processed next day. Next day came and went and payment scheduled for a week later. Don’t be fooled!

Absolute joke of a company got quoted £164.50 for my deceive they said they pay more than any other competitor and then they offered me £21 sold to Mazuma instead for £90 would never use or recommend this company to anyone absolute cowboys avoid at all costs
