BUYERS BEWARE: This is by far the worse customer service ever, in fact there is literally none. I ordered from them on 4 November 2024 & still haven’t received either my order or a refund. I have emailed 4 times, attempted to call (it doesn’t go to a call centre, it directs you to the website then cuts you off!) This is a scam & I put money on it that they write their own fantastic reviews!
I’d like my money back however I very much doubt that this will happen. BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

I haven't received my package been over 2 montbs

I recently had a frustrating experience with UGG Direct that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a pair of boots that were listed online for $85, which seemed like a great deal. However, when I completed the transaction, the total unexpectedly jumped to around $150, including shipping. This discrepancy in pricing was very misleading, and I felt deceived by the lack of clarity on their website.

Immediately after noticing the price change, I attempted to cancel my order, but I was informed that once an order is in their system, cancellation is not possible. The boots were shipped to me anyway, which was incredibly frustrating given the significant price difference. Upon contacting their customer service once again, I learned that I would have to return the boots via mail, with an added $5 restocking fee.

To make matters worse, the return shipping cost was astronomically high—nearly $300-$400. It feels unjust to be held responsible for a situation that stemmed from their unclear pricing practices. When I inquired further about the return process, the representative’s response was dismissive, even mocking my concerns and suggesting that I shouldn’t have signed for the delivery. However, it’s important to note that the carrier didn’t even require a signature for the package.

Overall, my experience with UGG Direct has been very disappointing. Their lack of transparency regarding pricing, combined with poor customer service and unethical return practices, makes me question the integrity of their business. I cannot recommend shopping here, and I would advise others to be cautious.
