Slooooow service
Order placed on Friday.
It was sent out on Tuesday.
I get shipments from DigiKey and Mouser in 2 working days, even quicker in placed on a Friday, it arrives on the Monday.
Guess who I place the bulk of my orders with. The US suppliers give me better pricing, a wider range of products, have better websites and have faster delivery.

Enormous range of products, prices generally ok, but £9 + vat for delivery on small orders will dissuade the average hobbyist. Clearly they aim at the corporate customer. Reams of paperwork and (in some cases) extravagant packaging (e.g. an anti-static jewel box inside an A4 size metallised bag with a sachet of dessicant and a humidity test card for one 8 pin SOIC costing £1.22 must count as o.t.t. Squished in a bit of kitchen foil with a label stuck on would do me!

Non working website
Non working website, payment failing every order.
Very poor, every time an order is placed i am told i have to ring to make the payment despite having a saved card.
Today i am told i have the wrong type of account for American express, and that i have to have a new account to use a non American express card, so whilst you can remove and replace your card on the website, apparently that does not work with their website and the account type is now wrong because i no longer use American Express, really poor and all i want to do is pay.
