I don’t recommend buying perfume from…
I don’t recommend buying perfume from J. Their exchange and return policy is very disappointing. If you accidentally buy the wrong item, they won’t exchange or replace it, even if the product is unopened. I expected better customer service from such a big brand. Definitely think twice before purchasing perfume from J.

I did not get the refund for a long…
I did not get the refund for a long time till I got intouch with you for the refund
The lady said that I had received the parcel but was not sure as to why a refund was not processed .I f I had not rang 2 times to check maybe I would have not got my money .
