I have made my insurance but can't make an account to access it. Register screen always says that the password you're putting in is invalid. It always says "The provider input is invalid. Please verify."

If your password is not recognised, please try resetting your password. Double-check your junk and spam folders for the password reset email from noreply@eu.assurant.com and a passcode from noreply@okta.com. Incredibly rude and uncomfortable first…
Incredibly rude and uncomfortable first experience of this company. Just called to discuss options on a potential partnership. The lady who answered, Marisa was incredibly rude and said quite clearly she wont help, if I wasn't a customer she made it clear she wasn't interested and couldn't get me of the call quick enough. It was just so weird. Do people forget that they are always representing their company when they communicate with people? I have never experienced customer service like this. I doubt very much that this person knows how to spell the word polite let alone act on it. What a shame.

Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!
Ive been paying almost three years now. I haven’t made a claim until 11 days ago. I obviously look after my phone but unfortunately accidents happen. This is what I have insurance for. My claim is still currently pending. Previous insurance providers have dealt with my claim and had a new phone/replacement to me within three days max!
Update : This company is laughable. You’ll see below that they’ve responded to say it’s because I hadn’t paid when there was no instructions to make payment when I submitted the claim through their portal which the complaints team emailed me to admit that it’s not very clear on their website. I made the payment to then be told they don’t provide replacements and I would have to be without a phone. Since then they have refunded me the excess, cancelled my policy as per my request and now with a better company. Avoid at all cost.

That is correct, our policy does not cover the provision of temporary devices while your phone is being repaired or replaced.
