Great company to deal with
We have used World Options for a few years now, and they are excellent. Specifically Chet and the 154.support office. We use them to mostly send small samples to potential and existing customers, and they are extremely good. They are always on the ball when things don't quite go to plan, and respond very quickly to any issues. We would thoroughly recommend them.

Great / Quick Service
I have used World Options for around 8 years now and have always had great service be that from my initial Account Manager to Chet my current Account Manager and from the team at 154 Support.
I recently had an issue where DHL had overcharged us on Duties on export to Brazil and the team at World Options were quick to sort it with no fuss and with no having to come back to me once I had provided them with all the information required

I've used many couriers & shipping…
I've used many couriers & shipping companies & World Options are without doubt the very best. Using one company's paperwork for all shippers is a real bonus. Also support is great from Tom, our local guy in Daventry. In my experience, using this platform is better than dealing with UPS, FedEx, TNT, or DHL direct. We have simply directed our domestic & export shipments to the companies that collect & deliver them the best.

Our local manager Roger always looks after us especially on our weird and wonderful quote requests and shipments, This is why we use world options over the couriers directly - In addition if anything goes wrong Roger is on the end of the phone straight away for help / guidance.. No waiting for call centres to answer their phone etc.
To sum up if you want a stress free despatch process, World Options are a great company to use.
