They make it impossible to claim for loss
Parcel is destroyed by DHL and when I asked to claim they told me that there is a £55 admin charge which is taken off the settlement amount. They don't even credit the cost I paid to deliver even though the parcel got no further than their depot!! I used to use DHL direct and there was never that rule on claiming yet they blame DHL!!

Do not use these if parcel go missing 🤬🤬
Tried with difficulty to send my first parcel to an address in Spain !! And now the service booked through World Options using Evri have lost my parcel and response back is it’s lost your not insured !!! Wow never given the option to insure and just matter of fact it’s lost that’s it 🤬

It's important to note that with the Evri account in question, enhanced liability coverage for lost or damaged items is not offered. We acknowledge that this information should have been communicated to you by your account manager when booking the shipment.

Great Help.
We have been using World Options for many years and I honestly can't imagine my working week without them. They are at the end of the phone for anything. From helping us with booking a shipment/pallet or chasing a shipment that hasn't been delivered or has got lost and issues with invoices. They save me so much time. Jason our account Manager is just at the end of the phone and has been a great help over the year, especially recently when we had issues with some invoices.

Quotes you one price for sending a package but then when the invoice turns up they've bolted on excessive charges. Avoid
Their system doesn't advise you about the additional charges.

Out Of This World Logistical Support
Louise and Conor have been supporting our company for almost 6 years now. We work in a challenging aerospace sector and often need to move the weird, complex and wonderful through out Europe.
They have always been one call away and often are the first to make us aware if any issues from customs.
