World Options, great experience!
Since using World Options Ltd, booking our imports and exports is so much easier, before we used to go direct to different companies, this was time consuming and unreliable. Now it takes just minutes to book and our Account Manager Ata is always on hand to assist should we need any help with anything. Their tracking system is brilliant enabling us to save information for regular shipments.
Due to World Options good relationships with the various couriers we are able to offer our customers a reliable and cost effective service.
We are so glad they contacted us and we agreed to a trial with them, we have never looked back and have no need to look elsewhere, thank you World Options for making our imports and exports a whole lot easier.

We have been using World Options since…
We have been using World Options since the start of the year (2023). Tom Kennedy is the consultant who introduced us to the website, showing how everything works. He is always helpful with any questions that may occur to us while using the site, promptly replies to emails and always available to discuss/go over the issues over the phone.
The platform itself is quite easy to use and offers from our experience, the most competitive pricing when it comes to sending Internationally. The choice of couriers are also great meaning you can tailor it to your requirements.

Cheap but don;t expect service…
Prices are very reasonable but the Customer Service is non-existent. Staff don't seem to be adequately trained to understand procedures; more frustratingly they have no desire to solve problems or own the issue.
Update 20th July - having blamed this on UPS whilst claiming their staff "worked diligently" I am still waiting for the goods to be returned after almost 2 weeks. UPS actually returned the goods not to us but to the World Options Depot who refused to accept it. The goods are now in limbo and in danger of being lost forever due to inaction and incompetence

After carefully reviewing the ticket associated with your shipment, we can see that our team diligently worked on resolving the issue. Initially, you provided an incorrect commercial invoice, which resulted in a request for payment of duty and taxes from the receiver by UPS.
We took immediate action and submitted the correct commercial invoice to UPS, advising the receiver to contact the local authorities regarding any duty charges.
Additionally, we would like to clarify that you are set up for Postponed VAT Accounting (PVA), which means that any charges would be paid for at a later stage.
Unfortunately, UPS had indicated that they did not receive the amended commercial invoice, leading to the return of the item.
We understand that this process took longer than expected, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay in communication from UPS regarding the return tracking reference.

Wouldnt advise using
Wouldnt advise using, used for a few years on and off when desperate, out of them small amount of times we got shafted with the item we sent being out of spec by which ever courier, one was with TNT to which we sent item dimensions and won the argument and another recently with a tyre, they dont make the requirements clear and it looks cheap until you get your surcharge through and then have to fight for your case with evidence of an item you dont have because you had sent it? Thanks for replying WO, i think you have answered my problem, why did the platform not make me aware or any other users of these potential surchargs causing the P&P to double in price and for us not to make a profit, when already struggling as a small business.

Regarding the recent issue with the tire shipment, it appears that an additional handling charge was applied by UPS.
According to UPS's terms and conditions, any cylindrical item, such as a tire, that is not fully encased in a corrugated cardboard shipping container is subject to this charge.

Simple and Efficient Service
We use a variety of couriers depending upon the shipments and delivery/collection locations and Alex at Bridgeway has delivered an excellent service for the goods that we regularly import from the USA. Previously our consignments would often get stuck in Customs and invariably arrive as part shipments over a couple of days. We now receive complete shipments, on the date expected with no Customs delays, (so far). The fact that the service is more cost effective than our previous arrangement is an added bonus. Alex has made the whole process very straightforward and takes care of everything for us and our supplier.
Alex has always been helpful, respectful and honest in his approach and I'd happily recommend him.

I am more than happy with the service…
I am more than happy with the service provided by Joe Loxley.
He is helpful, replies on time, and informs me accurately about every matter.
However, the transport company is creating issues by applying additional charges which are hard to oppose since changes come after the shipment is delivered and there is no way of tracking it back.
