Take it yourself, at least you'll know it will arrive and without the attitude
Lost one shipment completely, after numerous calls, emails phone calls etc, eventually got a payout over 6months after the reported loss.
One shipment arrived completely trashed, we asked for it to be returned, they collected it and subsequently lost it. They took so long to payout (over 6months) after colleting it, its off the UPS system and cannot be found. They then relentless chase us for small balance on the account despite having collected £9000 worth of shipment and subsequently lost.
Shabby non existent customer service, they told us, quoting verbatim "We don't care about your lost shipment that we collected for damage/return to you, we just want you to settle the account". This is quite literally the worst level of customer service we have ever experienced in decades of trading. We don't send many parcels but as a shipping broker they are completely incompetant they don't care. They place shipments with couriers like UPS fitting them in the spare places in the hold rather like tetris, so this means every parcel you send with them is treated like garbage. They said "you can never use us again if you don't pay the balance", I am absolutely ok with never using them again.

We have contacted our customer service team regarding this incident and found that the 2 items have been paid at the full value you have taken out enhanced liability on them. Unfortunately, until the claim is settled with the carriers we cannot assist further. If a customer has overdue invoices the procedure for all companies is to place the account on stop until the invoices are cleared.
Additionally, we are shocked to hear about you experience with our customer service team. All phone calls are monitored and recorded. While we can’t find any phone records of this conversation under your office number, we take this incident very seriously and will continue to train and develop our customer service team to provide the best services and assisting with customer queries.

Switching to Bridgeway
We started using Bridgeway in January after using Fedex for years and Fedex has been a big pain in recent years. Moving to Bridgeway has made things so much easier, the portal is so easy and simple to use. Alex our account manager was very helpful setting everything up & explaining how every works. He's also really easy to get ahold of if you ever need to!

A great system and what I particularly like is the fact that all the team including myself have a single portal to use which is easy to understand and invoices are generated easily which helps our accounts department.

Great all round service
Great all round service. Geoff was particularly helpful and guided me through the service and ensured that everything was as it should be. Nothing was too much trouble. When there was issues with the delivery service that we booked, I contacted Geoff and he rectified the issue quickly and efficiently.

Excellent customer service from Lizzie…
Excellent customer service from Lizzie Gentle, promptly sorts out any issues. I mainly use UPS and they have the worst customer service, non-existant. Drivers are excellent, but very poor admin. Lizzie does any liasing for us. Pricing is also very good from World Options. Very pleased with the service.

The service from Louise is first class…
The service from Louise is first class and she is always willing to help to resolve issues. She does so quickly.
The app itself is sometimes difficult to use with unexplained errors which requires us to seek the help of Louise but overall the app works fine if not completely intuitive..
