I ordered the wrong item online by mistake, your self immediately cancelled the order when I rang for help. I placed the correct order and the item was delivered as promised.

Delivered the next day, excellent service & great price!

Customer service was fantastic, so helpful that it more than compensated for the initial issue I’d had to contact them for.

Wonderful service

Right product at the right time. Exactly what we wanted, good comms and no surprises.

I ordered a Vanity Unit to be delivered in time for my bathroom renovation. Firstly the delivery company tried to deliver it whilst I was in Yorkshire (I live in Brighton) with no notification of delivery date beforehand. They then turned up the next day as I had said I would be back by then, although also no notification of the time. The driver brought the goods to the top of my garden on a pallet saying he couldn't bring them any closer to my door (about 50 meters away) because I had a few long and gentle steps to manage and he was not insured to deliver to the door. Plus he was on his own so there were health and safety issues, which I understand but if you are a delivery firm of heavy goods then please send 2 delivery couriers. I live alone and there is no way I could bring the goods down my path alone and he did not suggest we do it together just that he had to leave it on the pavement. I sent the goods back. No good to me on the pavement. None of this is made clear when ordering.

The salesman could not have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable, helpful and very patient.
Unfortunately, the experience will was let down by the service of the warehouse. We ordered tiles which were meant to be the same colour but which were not, even though they ordered at the same time and the same batch. No solution was provided we we have spend a lot of money.
I would not recommend easy bathrooms

Very quick delivery came the day after order

Ordered a shower tray with a 2/3 week wait. Waited nearly 3 months for the tray and only contact I had was me emailing and calling them! Shocking!

At no point was I contacted by phone or email to (sign off an order I placed and paid for that tells me 3 week wait when I oder? When I ordered and paid that is sign off of me wanting the tray and waiting the 3 weeks) the 1st communication I had was me calling you after 4 weeks chasing the delivery I was meant to have had 3 weeks from order. I then got told you had to ask the manufacturer for a delivery date and that was another 3 weeks, I agreed to wait as that was what the customer wanted. Again I didn’t get the tray after 3 weeks and all communication was me calling and emailing uk bath store the customers bathroom was delayed nearly 3 months due to this.

Order placed middle of March tray arrived end of June!
