Huge range of options, reasonable prices, delivery was really quick and well packaged. We will definitely use them again when the need arises, can’t fault the website and service.

Treated myself to a dark wood loo seat with brass fixings as part of a wider bathroom project . Somehow managed to lose or throw away by mistake the brass fixings. Got back to the company who contacted the manufacturer and they sent out a new set of brass fixings free of charge. Great customer service and the seat is both comfortable and good looking 😁!

Great Shower head, much better than the previous one. Seems to be good value.

Was a little dubious as buying from a big national store that quality would be low but it’s great. Same make as our local builders merchants and half the price as in their catalogue ( although they do discount that). Had to return valves to swap for others and process was easy. I sent a message and they got back quickly. So good quality products - brass towel radiator etc and good service.

Delivery was first rate. Ordering was easy . And though I have yet to complete the installation,the item looks excellent.

It took delivery longer than stated on website2/3 days was actually 10 days. But it was ok when it arrived.

Good value quick service and delivery

I've used this supplier before and have always been happy with the goods and services from them so had no hesitation to order a Burlington soap dish holder which looked great. The soap dish arrived on time as stated, however the dimension was 1mm too small so had to return the product. The guy I spoke with sent me a form via email to complete and return the goods which I've done. I am now waiting on a full refund which should be with me very soon. Albeit it wasn't a good outcome for me their customer services is excellent and I have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

I am so pleased with the customer service of the entire team. The pricing is competitive, and even though one may find the range to be limited, it does help if you are looking for a specific product from certain brands, as they seem to cover all the bases.

During my purchase, the swiftness of the assistance that I received from the team prompted me to complete it. Not only that, when I had delay with order dispatch, the manager took personal ownership and quickly resolved it with accountability and a sincere apology.
