UK Car Glass Avis 

I booked an appointment on Monday for Wednesday. They came on time and fixed my windscreen. Very simple, didn't have to stress. Nice customer service who called me the day before to confirm. So very pleased with the service.

I just had my Nissan Juke’s windscreen replaced today, and I couldn’t be happier! The team was super friendly, really efficient, and so professional. It was great to have a McDonald's right next to the workshop to relax while I waited. I had my car back in just two hours – such a breeze!

Was contacted by Joe in the morning. When he arrived he came across as a nice guy. Informed me how long it would probably take.(which was spot on!)

The fitter arrived on time and was happy to explain the procedures to fit a privacy glass rear window. This was clearly a skilled job that needed several parts removing before the glass fitting. He was a neat and tidy worker vacuuming all the broken glass before starting and even polished the rear window when he had finished. In summary an excellent job by a skilled professional employee, who is a credit to the company. I understand he is based in Lewes.

By far, the best quote so I wasn’t expecting too much by way of a dependable customer service. How wrong I was!! Everything to do with my windscreen renewal was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The date of fitting was arranged, the fitter arrived bang on time and executed his task with skill and expertise. I can 100% recommend UK Car Glass.

Pretty painless process for booking a replacement windscreen and very good availability in terms of the wait for fitting. Also one of the few who will give you a quote without having to surrender all your personal information just to get an email/phone call.

Be advised the quote you get might not actually be what you have to pay though as they will come back with another price after booking if they find something else you need (you can't state much when requesting the quote) so don't necessarily take that price as gospel even though the site suggests they've already checked this before quoting.

The contractor who came out was excellent. On time, did exactly what he said he was going to do, and almost to the minute of how long he said it would take. Kept us updated along the way with progress etc. and left no trace he'd been there (apart from a shiny new screen of course!). Definite 5/5 for the "boots on the ground" so to speak.

Excellent service from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use them again if ever i need another windscreen, or recommend them to others.

I was kept informed of progress and they arrived when they said they would and done a very good job replacing the glass.

I would personally avoid. They lul you in with a complicated qualification process. Then manually re quote with a higher price. Then Kayla called me with a quote triple the online quotation immediately on the offensive trying to blame I hadn’t described my car correctly. Just a simple reg number should find the right screen, but that wasn’t the case for me. It seems they definitely have an upsell angle. Very disappointed with the confrontational call after.
