Andrew called to assist me in booking a paint-balling session for my son’s birthday. He was very friendly and informative. A positive experience, which I will recommend, cannot wait to attend the paint balling session.

Luis was very helpful and accommodating when I called to explain that I had made an error when booking a session for my son’s birthday. He quickly found a solution which meant that I did not have to cancel the booking or let my son down. Thank you to Luis and the team in Broxbourne for all your help!

Customer service by Andrew over whatsapp. He was helpful and polite. We are yet to have the party but so far everything has been quite easy.

We had a booking for a birthday party for 9 years old kids.
Turned out UK paintball is reselling service from local paintball venues and this distorts the communication with the venue.
The local venue provides a paintball guns with lower impact.
If we knew that we would book this service with the lower impact guns.
The reason for the complaint is that most of the kids cried a lot during the games. 1 refused to play at all. 1 child skipped one game to recover. 2 cried quite bit due to the pain.
The venue couldn't change our booking as the low impact guns were booked for another group.
It was a complete disaster.
My advise is to find out local venue and book directly to avoid confusion.

We went to our session and they didn't have our session on the system, I am not impressed what so ever and want a refund. We came out for a friend's stag and this happens. This is not acceptable what so ever and need to refund us. We don't live close to the venue and this happens. Not happy at all

I've booked a junior paintball experience for my son and his friends for his 12th Birthday and although we are yet to do the actual paintballing my experience in booking through Luis was simple, informative and efficient! Really appreciate his service.

Andrew was fantastic. He made the booking process slick and easy. I went from talking to the A.I. assistant the night before (which was excellent) to Andrew the next day and only took a few minutes and everything was done. Im really looking forward to the event but what a great start by making the booking proces such a breeze. Thanks again Andrew 👍
