After 11 days and still no tank that I ordered and they just keep asking for my order number witch I have sent them 3 times, complete waste of time and money

Ordered from this company and paid extra for next day delivery, 5 days in and still nothing, tried to contact them without any success, Avoid them and purchase elsewhere if you want your product to arrive. I will be taking this further even if it means driving to the store to get my money back, I really do not appreciate getting ripped off and they are going to find this out. Such a disgusting service, their website looks legit, but underneath it all it’s a scam and they will rip you off.

Ordered some eliqued, advised it was dispatched then received email saying order cancelled, refund received less shipping costs??? Emailed them twice to ask why cancelled and why shipping cost not refunded, no reply to date, sorry but very poor service

Terrible company to deal with vape smok kit less than 30 days old they not working refused to do anything even though its UK consumer rights .Stating they don't do anything after 15 due to their policies

My order total came to £96.75 for 13 crystal pro max 4000+ puffs. Only 4 came. I have rang the number on the website only for it to go to answering machine. I have also text this number. I have sent 2 emails with photos and had no response. The customer service is rubbish. The delivery needed to be signed for but that didn’t happen either they were just left. If I had been here to sign for them I would have noticed the order was wrong before even opening it

Don’t bother, they sell items they don’t have in stock then tell you a week later they can’t fulfil your order, complete time wasters

Complete scam of a company nothing but thieves took over £50 of my money claimed item had been shipped days ago royal mail still hasn't recieved them. No tracking update. Claimed they would refund by today if still no order! But no refund given,Stated on text they will refund by the end of today! Complete lies now ignoring my messages and emails. Never come across any company like it Complete scammers! Going through my bank for my money back! Id honestly be very careful ordering from here! There also the same company as ordervape,which explains alot had I of known I wouldn't of gone near!!!

Worst vape store by far,honestly avoid! Wish I'd seen the reviews before purchasing. Spent over £50! They claimed order was dispatched,no tracking update for days. Claimed refund had been issued,still hasn't been! I've messaged,emailed several times still no refund confirmation! If your wanting to have your money took then order from these! How they've not been reported yet is beyond me! Stay well clear!!! Read there reviews on their website before purchasing wish I had done. I went off trust pilot reviews 🤦‍♀️

Delivered a faulty item that had already been opened. Item was not what I ordered (or even a similar size). Took ages to process a refund for less than I'd paid, using the excuse that they couldn't refund postage, as they'd delivered something. Abysmal "service".
