Windows re-cleaned
I had cause to complain to the company, who charge over the going rate, when I had a very bad job done when the windows were cleaned. They did return just over 2 weeks later and did a very good job and didn't charge. However I will wait to see if that was a one off because of my complaint.

Negligence
I told you twice to cancel it, yet you didn’t, and you still charged me. Even after the third wash, my windows are still not clean. If you had washed them for just two more minutes, maybe they would have been.

No streaks or black marks
No streaks or black marks. As advised, takes several cleans to properly clean windows and UPVC. Very easy to liaise with if access issues or half the property done, they will come back. Messaging and emailing is easy and quick to respond. Best service and I have tried other cleaners who have left black marks and not cleaned properly.

Hugely unreliable
I'm meant to have a regular window cleaning service, however I've just cancelled it due to them being so unreliable. So many times I was informed that someone would be coming the next day, yet no one showed up. The final straw was the fact that they have rescheduled with me 3 times in the last 2 weeks, and all three times failed to show up.
It also takes ages to get a response from them; no matter when in the year you email them, you immediately get a bounce-back email saying that they're "so busy" and will respond in the next few days.

Generally very good …
Generally very good but was over charged before Xmas but this was sorted out after emailing the company. Also this time round only the front of the house was washed there was no attempt to clean the back of the house.

Arranged for UK window clean to do a…
Arranged for UK window clean to do a free window clean in November 2024 and arrange price for future if I wanted them to come regular. Nobody turned up until today and a note was put through my door saying I owe £25.50 for today's clean and arrears!!!!. I can categorically say as I have a video doorbell nobody at all has ever been to my house to clean windows. I've left voicemail and sent email with no reply. Would not recommend this company at all
Update- received email next day to cancel service and arrears which I am grateful for.
