Underfloor Heating 1 Avis

UFH1 is a 5* company, from the top quality kit they provide to the excellent personalised customer service you get. I had a lot of questions, all expertly answered to put my mind at ease. Emma and Rob were always ready to help with advice. The price point is great, considering that you are getting the best products on the market. Its hard to compete with the online giants but this family run business comes out on top for me. I would advise anyone looking for a great heating system to try UFH1

Excellent service and both technical and purchasing advice...will use again for the next phase of the project A***

I ordered my underfloor heating and I found the staff to be very professional. Very helpful all around a very good experience. When I placed the order it came very quickly and everything I asked for was in the package

1st time use them but now always used and highly recommended.
Great service with great price
Top brand stuff
On time easy to order and understand

The UF1 system truly offers a complete solution — everything I needed was included, from the subfloor preparation to the finished surface ready for the final floor covering. I especially appreciated the detailed instructions and pipe layout design, which made installation smooth and confident. it's clear that the system was designed with quality and user convenience in mind. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their heating system with ease and reliability!

The guys where very professional clean & tidy when working, They never stopped all day, made an excellent job with the underfloor pipe work.
I would recommend these guys any day of the week.

Fantastic service and communication. Amazingly fast response. Would highly recommend.

I've used these guys a few times now. They're great. Always help and professional, and best of all you always get the best price first time. I usually get a couple of prices from different suppliers, but i'm not one for going back and forth for prices. These guys always come out on top. Best prices and also great products. I would definitely recommend.

Website is easy to navigate and use.
Ordered at around 8am on Monday, received an email from UFH1 saying thanks for my order it'd be delivered the following day and it arrived the day after via a lovely, reliable courier.

Quick, easy and stress free. Would 100% recommend to anyone and will be using them again for future projects.

UFH1 were very easy to deal with, I just passed on a floor plan with the exact measurements, I was given 3 options to choose from. All the materials were delivered promptly along with a A1 piping plan.
