I spoke to Tony he arranged to measure up for my understairs storage in oak to match my staircase all was done measured and fitted by Paul in no time the guys have done me proud love my understairs storage it’s the focal point as you open the door

absolute first class service to visiting Nick in the showroom the seamless booking of the job at a day to suit us,to the measure up and the fitting and quality of finishing was top notch we are over the moon with the results highly recommend,paul the fitter was polite and respectful of our home

From start to finish, a very proffesional and helpful service. The design and installation accommodated my specific requirements. The fitter Adam was excellent and carried out the installation to a very high standard. I am very impressed with the product and the overall look and installation.

Experience from beginning with Tony was brilliant bringing various samples of finishes and explaining the process to us. Tony got in touch in the days leading up to the fitting day to check in which was reassuring not having to chase up that things were still good to go ahead. Our fitter Adam came today who was very friendly and again explained things to us as he went along which was much appreciated. We are over the moon with the final product and couldn’t be more grateful to all of the team at Giobella, thank you guys!

Great service, ordered online then Tony came and measured up with samples.paid bulk then. Good comms regarding fitting. Adam arrived to fit and spent nearly two day, lovely man who was exceptional at his craft. Overall really pleased with the quality of the product and service. One negative was that I ordered a shoe rack but Adam pointed out that it wasn't suitable for my drawer so was a waste of money that Tony should have pointed out to me when I ordered it.

I’m really pleased with my understairs storage. It looks amazing. The company is easy to deal with and flexible. The website gives you clear information and provides costs based on what you choose. Adam, the installer, was excellent. He worked very hard, cleaned up well and did a great job.

Just had my shoe drawers fitted. Adam was absolutely amazing. The space under the stairs had no floor so Adam went above and beyond and fitted one. No bother and no extra cost. His workmanship and professionalism are second to none. He protected the floor and cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend. A great experience from planning to fitting.

Today I had my understairs storage fitted by Adam. He was highly professional and clearly knows his craft, with excellent attention to detail. Top-class work. It is always impressive to see someone who genuinely enjoys what they do. 👏

Following extensive research,the fact there was a show room to visit, and easy website to get an idea on price, and good reviews I travelled an hour to see Tony. For us it was a no brainer, we chose our understairs storage ,and within a few days we had a confirmed booking to suit us. Adam arrived, very friendly, and worked like a Trojan and ensured everything was spot on. A clear demonstration and information once completed and a seamless install was complete. Adam did an absolutely fantastic job fitting our understairs cupboard.
He was punctual, professional and a perfectionist who clearly takes pride in his work. He cleaned up after himself and left the area cleaner than when he arrived 🤣.
Totally recommend his work.

All good, very friendly and attentive, only issue if the the plinth has been cut in the middle and jointed together. And this is at eye level, this is the only thing that lets the storage down as this is at eye level. I thought this would of been one piece, or the joints being low level
