Last Leg shipper problems.
Currently I am fighting with the 'last leg' shipper in Canada to get my item. I have multiple receipts with my address on it copied from United By Blue emails sent to me post purchase. However the address on my package is somehow jumbled. Like a real human didn't read it it make the label in Canada.
I can't call the last leg shippers. So I am in email with them. Showing them multiple receipts, updates I was receiving of tracking that I have record of... They are just now, after 6 emails... saying they 'might' be able to stop the package from returning. But am not sure if I will receive the package if they are only willing to deliver it while I am at work. Again if I am not home when they deliver (after 3 tries) they send it back to the USA (I didn't know this at the time of purchase). It was slated on the 'last leg' shippers website to come on Saturday... and I was excited. Then hours later it was marked to be returned to the sender due to the address being jumbled and undefinable....
I have paid exchange in Canadian, shipping, duty, taxes. Not to mention searched the internet for months looking for the perfect carry all backpack/shoulder bag. After reading many reviews online I decided on United by Blue... for so many reasons. Now I am very worried I will not get the item and it will return to the USA due to this confusion.
Please use UPS. They have a place you can pick it up at... they never do this.
