When some of what I ordered was not available they took the time to ring and ask if I would like an alternative rather than wait for the wine to be requested and delay the delivery. great Service.

The quality of the wines and the…
The quality of the wines and the pricing is one of the main benefits from my perspective. I probably get more calls than I would like, and it would be better if the caller always identified themselves as being from United Cellars, not from "your wine club", as I am less likely to put the phone down. On the whole I find the staff friendly and not too pushy, which is appreciated.
