Not impressed
Not impressed, unprofessional and poor communication.
I fell ill on Friday and required a doctors certificate for work.
I filled in the details, submitted the application and received a text with a link to my certificate.
Upon clicking the link all I found was a grey screen or a message saying I "didn't have permission" to view the document.
I have repeated this process several times.
Because I cannot provide a doctors certificate I will not be payed for the day off sick.
I have emailed support multiple times, only received one reply claiming they have already responded when I found no such reply and have ignored my emails since.
Utterly unprofessional and poor communication on their part, the next time I feel unwell I will see what other options are available prior to using this service again.

Unfortunately, we have not been able to locate a matching consultation in our UK system based on the details provided in your review. Some of the processes you described also differ from how requests are typically handled through our UK service.
It’s possible that your consultation was completed through another regional Updoc service, such as Updoc Australia, which operates separately from Updoc UK. In that case, their support team would be best placed to review your request and assist with any billing concerns.

I have never used online docs before so was quite apprehensive.
Got the prescription online within 40 mins and picked up antibiotics the following morning. Would recommend this service and worth the money. Thank you.

Disgusting behaviour from the partner doctor that was rude and unprofessional. Made a complaint to their email address that was just ignored. There is better online more professional doctors out there.

Efficient and helpful
Updoc is quick and efficient. I was unwell and couldn’t get a Dr’s appointment, the thought of catching a bus and travelling was too much. Updoc is online and perfect.
