Really cannot recommend this bike shop highly enough. Absolutely fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was extremely patient as I dithered over all the options and tried out numerous bikes. I got great advice but in a totally non-pushy way. The after service is excellent too. It is so much better than just buying online. If you’re thinking about buying an e-bike I would suggest going to see them and having a chat. They’ll also make you a lovely cup of coffee…

I spoke to someone in the shop who w a really helpful and enabled me to order in line with confidence.
When ordered the bike came remarkably quickly with only the bars to straighten out.

Competitive prices and fast shipping but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I bought a new bike and when it arrived, I had a couple of queries. I sent them an e-mail but never got a reply. A few days later I sent a reminder which they answered but only partially. So I e-mailed them again and, again, they did not reply. I spent nearly £3,000 with them and they don't seem to care about answering e-mails. I always think bike shops should be about more than just sales. They should also be a point of reference for information and advice. Sadly, Uprise do not seem to agree. I was also sent a checklist with my new bike. You ticked the box to say bell was fitted (it wasn't). You ticked the box to say front and rear reflectors were fitted (they weren't). It makes me wonder if the bike was checked at all before leaving your warehouse. I wont be buying from Uprise in the future. Quite disappointing.

Purchased Amflow MTB and took it home but after ride gears needed adjusting.
Rang Stewart in the showroom , booked in following morning and sorted by Adam the mechanic, back riding late morning.
Excellent service , very knowledgable (Paul went through setup in detail with me)and friendly members of staff and very helpful. Would highly recommend.
