I received a kit many months ago as a birthday present and for various reasons was unable to grow until recently. I tried to order my spore but the voucher wasn`t accepted. I contacted Urban Farm and received an immediate response and confirmation that it would be sent immediately. No quibble, extremely courteous and great customer service and relations. A rarity and much appreciated.

I'd recently ordered an urban farm-it white Elm mushroom and think both the concept and quality of the product is fantastic. Initially had a technical issue redeeming my code as I'd waited until spring however customer service was excellent and efficient in resolving this matter. This small business is just amazing, and their products are contents are just perfect for someone who would like to grow mushroom for home and be more sustainable and eco friendly.
I have ordered from them the white elm Mushroom grow kit, followed their instructions and super helpful step by step video on you tube, and i finally have beautiful full grown oysters ready to be cooked!

I went a bit mad with no knowledge of growing mushrooms, I ordered about six different types of spores (1kg each). Tried the 1st set (Pink Oyster), but they got contained and died off. I spoke with Alice at Urban Farm it, who was absalutely brilliant with her advice. I now have a box of Blue Oyster mushrooms fruiting brilliantly. The Willow log has been dowelled with Hen of the Woods and things are now looking good. Alice gave me loads of advice with you yube links and written guides on the correct processes. This company is just brilliant with yheir support. Thank you Urban Farm It, keep up the great work.

Lions Maine, Blue Oyster and Shitake Mushroom plugs all delivered as ordered. As the clear instructions detailed, they are all installed in newly cut logs in our dell waiting for the fruits of our labour. In a year or two. Many thanks Urban Farm!

I had the oyster mushroom kit as a present at Christmas but because of the weather I decided to wait until the Spring to claim the spore.
Ordered just over one week ago and rest of the kit, the growing bit, arrived in just a few days.
All well packaged, very environmentally sound.

Ordered direct from the website with kit arriving quickly, in all recyclable packaging. Website and their YouTube have loads of useful information and tips. My first kit had a slow start with mycelium growth but Isaac from the team has gone above and beyond to give me advice. Would definitely recommend urban farm-it to anyone who’s interested in giving mushroom growing a go.
