Shipping was a little slow
Shipping was a little slow, “shipped” Saturday, but didn’t really ship until Tuesday. Arrived Wednesday. It only had to go from San Francisco to Berkeley, under twenty miles. A pickup option might have been nice.
Great product. Came with two keys and only the parts I needed. At least two keys are a must because removing it without a key will be destructive. And the key is very small and easy to lose.

Great experience with Jason. All my questions where answered
swiftly. This was the only site where I was able to everything that I needed from Pitlock. After I received and installed the items, I had a follow up question and Jason had the answer as to proper tightening.
That may sound simple but the answer to that question is very important and could not be satisfactorily found anywhere on the web.
