Excellent booking system and service
We used Urban Company for home cleaning. The booking system is convenient, easy to use and transparent. The cleaners are very professional and the service is excellent. I also like that you can see the reviews and rating for the cleaner that is assigned to your job

Acceptable Clean.
Were on time and reasonably efficient. There were parts of the bathroom that were not cleaned properly and I paid for a deep clean.
Seemed to have completed the cleaning of the apartment quickly, which all in all was to my satisfaction.
I would use them again.

Brilliant service, so easy and convenient
We had the majority of our flat cleaned - bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living room. It was a delight to walk back into when Eric had finished. A thorough clean and we’ll definitely be using UC again. We’ve always been delighted with every UC member who has visited to clean.
