Ordered M jacket as per sizing chart and found the jacket to be too small so after emails back and forth from Deborah, I decided to go 2 sizes up XL (which is the size on my work UK sized jacket ) the replacement fits perfectly !
I would advise going 1 or 2 sizes up

The leather is genuine, it smells very nice and its very comfortable to wear. The first jacket that I order turned out to be too big (Europeans beware that Medium in the USA is large for us). However, their customer service quickly replaced it for a better fitting one and even sent it through Fedex which made the delivery very fast. I am super satisfied with the service and the product. Will definitely buy more from them in the future. Great work guys!

The size of the jacket that I ordered seemed somewhat smaller than typical, so I would suggest ordering up a size. However, the company and their customer service was so helpful and accomodating. They get 5 stars from me!!

Jacket smells terrible. There is no tag for material content so I am skeptical it is 100%suede. My guess is it is less then10%. The website states you can wash it? I also feel mislead..address is for the company is Chicago, and although I realize my coat was not USA made..I didn't expect it to come from Pakistan with a worth of $35. I have been in retail for 25 years, and sourced leather from several countries..this is very poor quality. Finally I have email 3 times to request a refund. One response was sent stating my order didn't exsist...so I can see this is going to be a hassle.

They talked me into doing a 2 minute survey....they told me to keep the jacket and would give me my full refund like I asked of ....I still haven't got my refund they're messy and said it would be 48hrs and that it was still processing the coat was purchased for my mother it was to small and now no more answers to my emails about my money when I kicked out enough money on my purchase do not order from them I'm stuck with a jacket my mom couldn't where on her special day while they're money hungry holding my refund and yes I told them I frustrated about my money poor customer service no satisfaction for me ...

This is a great company. I asked for a custom request for my 4 year old son and they were very responsive and helped me through what they need. On top of that the custom jacket arrived fast. Best of all, the quality is unmatched. Excellent quality. I couldn’t have had a better experience!

Had some concerns with the measurement request. It showed a picture of a jacket and I wasn’t sure if I needed to measure with or without a jacket on. I emailed the company and they got right back to me. I played phone tag a few times with a guy that may be based out of Pakistan…not sure, but there was quite a language barrier. He was super cool and did his best to keep me informed on where they were in the process of making and shipping the coat. He sent me pictures with the measurements using a tape measure across the jacket. I was Leary after I made my purchase, but the coat showed up super fast and was of nice quality when I got it. I have a suit coming next week, I will update later on that one.

I blame myself for this, as some standard cuts in my size has this problem too. I lift weights, so I couldn't get my arms through the sleeves. Even trying to get it on, it immediately felt like it wouldn't fit across my chest. If I could get my arms through the sleeves, I'd worry about ripping the back like the Hulk first time I move my shoulders.
In the past when ordering cosplay clothes, I've gotten custom sizes based on measurements from a tailor. If you're big / athletic / other than a slim build, I strongly recommend going up a size or getting a custom order.

I recently bought a jacket for my brothers upcoming Halloween costume. The jacket was just a little small/too tight in his regular size. I reached out to customer service to return it for a bigger size. The level of customer service provided by Deborah of their team was exceptional. She was friendly, prompt, professional and even provided a measurement guide to assist us. That guide helped us alot and now the new jacket fits perfectly! It was a great customer experience. This purchase was intended to be a surprise for my husband. A couple days after ordering I received an email requesting about 16 different measurements! I had no idea this suit was going to be as tailored as it was. Unfortunately, having him measured would have blown my surprise, so I had to get him something else, cancel the order, and request a refund. Deborah, the Customer Care Agent made the process seamless and promptly canceled the order. I can’t wait to come back and purchase this suit! It’s going to fit like a glove and I know my husband will love it.

This company is amazing. They gave me exactly what I ordered and when I had a mix up they were quick to resolve the issue.

They answered my questions first before I placed my order via email. They reaponded quickly. These are good quality. I bought the genuine leather in the hopes that it will last long. They also use accredited internationla shipping company DHL.

The jacket that I had purchased most definitely had exceeded my expectations both quality and appearance not to mention that it was delivered very quickly.

The only negative/ complaint that I have was my mistake, and NOT the fault of the company. My jacket was to small , it was as I ordered it,and they did verify measurements during order confirmation. But I still ordered it to tight. It fits snug when I put it on but to tight to lift my arms.I have a broad back and shoulders,also forgot to up size for clothing worn under the jacket. The jacket itself is Awesome looking, seems well made and definitely worth the money. Just have someone with experience take your measurements and remember,its a fall winter jacket, you want room for a sweater or sweatshirt under it.

Ordering the coat was easy, and the shipping was fast. I was happily surprised that the coat arrived several days before the estimated delivery date. The coat was as described and met most of my expectations.

If you're looking for a leather jacket and not some cheap knock off from China this is the place to look, from biker jackets to costume jackets there's really a fit for everyone

I love my Back to the Future II leather jacket. It fits like a glove and looks amazing. The ordering process was a bit on the strange side. I was told that my jacket was delayed because it didn't pass QC, then when I inquired about it a couple weeks later all my emails got returned as undeliverable, prompting me to think that maybe this was a "fly by night" operation. When my jacket finally did come about a month after ordering, it said it originated in Pakistan, which calls into question the whole brand name of "USA Leather Jackets". But regardless of the red flags, a great product was delivered in the end and I am highly satisfied.
