I was reached out from my inquiry in less than 24 hours, and around another day or so from receiving proofs and confirming a purchase. Eric was very helpful in checking up on our order without being overbearing. He was super personable on the phone as well.

Excellent products and customer service. They assisted with the text that went on the product I ordered. They sent me an image of what the final product would look like with the text. When shipping the product, I needed the name on the shipping label changed to my department chair and US Fast Print made it happen. Just great customer service overall!
