I had to call to get help, as I could not place an order on the web site. Kaitlyn answered your help line and she was fabulous. She managed to enter my order correctly and send me a proof to make sure everything was correct. She was knowledgeable, cordial, and an absolute delight to talk to.

Very easy to work with!
As a new organization working with USFastPrint, the first thing to be said is the excellent communication from the company. As a government organization, we usually work with purchase orders. While we were not able to do this with our first order, consistent communication from the company helped us feel confident our order was being handled.
Upon receipt of the product, a small flashlight with a whistle, we were very happy with the finished merchandise. USFastPrint made a small suggestion to our logo layout so it would look as good as possible and we went with their suggestion, and received a very clear logo when printed!
We will definitely use again in the future!

Fast and Efficient
USFastPrint worked directly with us to provide several mockups and was very patient and professional while we decided what we wanted. When it came time to print, they were fast and efficient, and worked doubletime to make sure we had our order in time for an upcoming event. I was very pleased with their service and would be happy to work with them again.

Good service, great pricing
Good service. Pens came timely and without error. And for a fraction of cost of the exact same pen, I had previously bought from another vendor.

Customer service was awesome. Received a message to approve the printing on the pens and was asked when I needed them. I mentioned they were for my daughter’s wedding in Sweden and I needed to take them with me. They were completed and delivered a week before I needed them and they are perfect!!!! A Big Hit
I ordered the nylon fans for a Vendor’s Event held at my church. I must say the fans were a big hit with all the customers. The item is good quality, looks good with my agency logo and fits well in the hand. US FastPrint staff, Eric, worked well with me. He was very helpful, listened to what I needed, offered suggestions and made sure I was completely satisfied with the design setting. Everything arrived on time as promised. I highly recommend this business.
